“The panel are absolutely amazing the only problem is external and internal corner are too big they should be adapted to size into a small corner is almost impossible to fit in.”

“Original order was delayed without any communication until I made contact. When it was finally delivered the adhesive was missing again without any communication or apology. I got a refund after pointing out the event later delivery would mean we were unable to continue already delayed work. Once we were actually able to start work on our now much delayed bathroom the finish on the trimming came straight off. Yet again more delays until we finally got some replacement trims. I would definitely not use this company again. Communication and customer service stinks.”

“Good Communication if you have any issues is excellent, the customer service team are excellent Not so good Delivery date commitments and communication, delivery lead times are vague. You get told your delivery has been assigned to a depot and then you just have to wait for an unconfirmed amount of days for shipping confirmation so don't plan your projects around the 2-7 days lead time. And if you're ordering ceiling panels only order them in multiples of 4, that's the pack size from the supplier. Outside of the multiples of 4 are unpacked and badly packed & shipped which causes marks and damage.”

“Bought acoustic panels online for my son's room. Delivered a week later well boxed up ready to fit. I ordered three panels + fixing sealant. Due to the fact the walls were dry lined used plaster board fixings. Very easy to fit and look great..my son very pleased. Great value.”
