“Lovely customer service had 2 sets of samples sent to me very quickly, have placed a order for my on suite & waiting for my delivery on Monday…Sarah was so helpful with everything. Next family bathroom so will be using Panel Company again.”

“Panels seem really good but came with lots of mark on them a 1 panel had 2 big foot prints across scratching the wood veneer obviously this is not the fault of the panel company as they only distribute the panels”

“Great product and great service.I think the new delivery vehicle tracking is very helpful .The one small negative is the lack of updates from order to dispatch .It would be nice to know if the items are in stock (or not ) and a predicted dispatch .”

“Ordered 4 shower panels along with the necessary fixings. etc. The exercise was very easy and the delivery arrived on the date that was agreed. All items were delivered by their own vehicle, well wrapped and without any damage that I can see. Still to install, so will write another review covering that. As far as the company goes, there was no problems, good communation, good price. Will definately use again.”

“I do a lot of odd jobs for people and always recommend the panel company and always use them. This time it was for our own bathroom and things didn't totally go to plan but we got there in the end. Originally the boards we wanted were not in stock and nobody could tell us so we changed colour and agreed on a discount but just before our delivery was due noticed they were back in stock so they changed the delivery again. Limke I said got there in the end.”

“Product support etc was good and delivery quite quick. There was a challenge that the box panels delivered in had a hole and one of the panels was damaged but we managed to work around it. The panel fronts themselves are great as waterproof options for the walls and look great but seem a little fragile and easy to damage which is worrying and can't repair or replace easily.”

“The panels are good but the communication was strange. The 1st communication i recieved concerning delivery was at 5.15am on the morning of delivery. Obviously i wasn't awake to get that message. The 1st i knew of the delivery was being woken at 7 20am by the delivery driver.”

“Easy to order, loads to choose from and a decent price, whether on sale or not. I had need to speak to customer support and my issue (no phone call to arrange delivery) was sorted out immediately. The delivery driver was lovely, very knowledgeable and chatty. All in all a pleasure to deal with. Have recommended to friends and family.”

“I won’t lie, I ordered some panels and they are lovely but a week before Black Friday I saw 1m x 2.4m arctic sparkle panels I liked, went back on a week later and they’d shot up by almost £15 but were advertised as a Black Friday bargain. A week later they’d gone back down to their original price. Price gouging at its finest.”
