“The item I ordered, was correctly delivered with no sign of damage. The deliver driver was very friendly The only issue I had was the time it took to be delivered. It has been explained to me that this item was not an oitem that was often ordered, and therefore it had to be obtained from futher afield before being delivered to me.”

“Good value product unfortuanlty delivery lead time of 10 days is a bit too long for me, other than that i would recommend if your willing to wait 10 x days. some of the boxes were slighly damaged but the panles were fine.”

“Panels left on drive, 3 panels ordered, come in packs of 2. The 2 in the packet were the same grain, the third panel which was seperate was a different wood grain. Would have returned had we not had a guy booked for fitting them. Panels are good quality, just a shame that details were not taken into account”

Because of this, there can be slight natural variations in appearance, but they are designed to complement one another and maintain a consistent overall look. “The panels I ordered were well packaged, I did request a certain date for delivery but this was overlooked by mistake as when I called to check the guy I spoke to made arrangements for the day I requested without an issue. Upon completion of my bathroom I had 1 panel unboxed left over I called to see if they could collect this as I obviously didn’t need it only to be told that they charged £30 to collect which I feel was a little steep considering I live within 10mins from the store and it was double the delivery charge.”

“Great panels for the price.... Made a nice wall 👌 Down side was that the packaging was damaged on two of the packs, with slat damage on 2 of the panels!”

“We got identical samples from two companies, and The Panel Company's were less than half the price of the competition. Ordering of both samples and the final panels was easy. The panels look and feel like good quality, and our tradespeople had no trouble cutting and installing them. The only drawback was that delivery took 14 days instead of the stated 7-10 days, but we were notified of that within an hour of the purchase.”

“Bit of a delay in receiving panels, I was hoping too get them sooner but arrived on the day stated and in good condition. Previous order with them arrived damaged so glad to see delivery is done with more care now”

“I was impressed with the quality of the panels, I usually use wood backed panels, which are difficult to handle on your own, but these are much easier, and still feel decent quality. Only downside was delivery. Took over a week to come, and I did not get informed of delivery time until 7.30am on delivery day. Which makes it difficult will taking time off to be home ect”

“Usually good at delivery, we've had a few different deliveries and there have been no problems at all. However I ordered a couple of small items recently so decided to go for pick up as there is a depot not too far away but so far I've not been advised that it's ready so hence 4 stars instead of 5.”
