“The products are of good quality. We only bought 3 items — 2 of them arrived in boxes and were flawless, but the one that came without a box had a crack at the bottom. That part was a bit disappointing. Also, please check your system. After purchasing your product, I received scam messages saying I had a package. There might be a vulnerability in your system.”

“The first order I placed got damaged so we had to wait an extra week before delivery. The guy that delivered the panels was excellent and took care unloading my order and putting it in my house. The panels work really well and look great in the bathroom. Would certainly recommend but I did use a different panel company for the glue as it was a quarter of the price.”

“Ordering and delivery was excellent, when I forgot to add some trims it was no problem to add to my order to avoid extra delivery charge. The panels however did not butt up seamlessly despite the plumbers attempts to join them with no gap. See attached photo.”

“These are high-quality panels and the company offer a good service. I would’ve given five stars however there was a slight delay in receiving my order due to stock and I ended up having to chase up their response to my inquiry was very quick and the delivery and tracking information is excellent.”

“Would have been 5 stars if measurements had been correct on their website . Depth of media wall was wrong so had to pay a carpenter to rectify issue. Didn't fancy packing up and trying to resend pallet. Media wall itself really good quality and value and fire very impressive. Did get a partial refund so all good”

“The panel were of good quality although a bit on the expensive side, happy with them. I’m downgrading this rating because of the extensive amount of time to deliver them (10 days including weekends) when the depot was just down the road.”

“Panels and assessories arrived promptly well packaged and delivery driver was very helpful. Panels and trims are substantially fitted and give the bathroom a luxurious look. One minor issue meeting edges are not absolutely straight so tight fit at top and bottom of full height panel means slight (mm's) gap in the centre. Using silcone sealant of matching colour disguises this gap adequately. Thank you”

“Good service, easy to order on line. Only thing that would be better is to know sooner when to expect delivery. I appreciate 4-7 working days but not to know till day before means difficult to plan works. However, when delivery was going to be too late, your staff were very courteous when I asked to cancel the order and refund was actioned immediately. Will certainly use you again and recommend to others.”

“I would have given 5 but I had to chase up on the expected delivery date and when the panels arrived some of the “male” edges that complete the joint were slightly damaged and could have been better protected with better packaging, the delivery driver took pictures.”
