“Panel are made to a good standard nice colour and quality material we made a feature headboard with them visited the Huddersfield showroom to make our choice and order, they were in stock to take away but to have the delivered we had to wait over a week Got an email saying they were coming from the Rotherham store but no delivery date No advise or email on delivery they just turn up the driver said he had messaged me the night before but I had not received Good quality panels but poor customer services”

“First delivery included 2 panels that were not fit for purpose so sent back the following week and 2 more delivered. Happy with the finished product overall and the panels are sturdy.”

“The website is packed full of information and instructional videos. You should watch these before you order so that your product choice is the right one for you and your space. This will also help you work out exactly what you need to complete the job, from adhesives to trims. We were so pleased with the results we decided to use the panels in another bathroom. It is much faster than tiling.”

“The panels were purchased to refurbish a complete shower room. We wanted something with little maintenance and there is no doubt that the panels live up to those expectations. Much easier to install than tiling one still has to think through all of the edging of the panels because it is not always possible to use the edging strips in all circumstance particularly when thinking of the edge with the ceiling. Even thought we had pruchased all of the edges we only used half of them since our plumber/fitter was able to cut the panels such that they could be edged with silicon. Also the gloss panels can show the underlying structure of the panel. This is somehting we discussed with the company but after fitting one panel we did not think it a major issue and continued with the rest”

“We had to replace a panel due to damage and although the company tried hard to get the same batch it wasn't possible. It is slightly lighter which is a shame”

“Was cheaper than a lot of other suppliers of this brand of shower board! Only two things were damaged on the corners and only half of the tung was formed properly but luckily i could get over this by making them edges cut edges! Other suppliers where between £350 £400 a panel fir the same brand!”

“Customer service is excellent, products are of the highest quality, so will definitely continue to use them for our shower panel supply. Our only suggestion for improvement is to reduce order and delivery times. Seven days to get unstocked items in followed by a further seven days for delivery isn’t feasible for people in the trade. We would be prepared to pay extra for a quicker turnaround and to ensure that we don’t lose time.”

“Great products, not so good delivery service. You will struggle to plan a project around the advertised delivery schedule as it doesn't actually fall within it. Add at least a week to it, especially if you have paid contractors doing the job.”
