“The product is great quality however, the communication from the company was very limited and so I didn't have much awareness on an expected delivery date until 24hrs in advance. Luckily a neighbour was able to accept the delivery as I was out at work.”

“The panels themselves and the trims were perfect, just what I wanted. Delivery was good also. My only minor complaint was that I needed 1 extra trim and the delivery cost for that one item was the same as the large shipment.”

“Really happy with service. Delivery all good. I have noticed one of the slats is snapped. But only noticed once up on the wall so leaving it. It’s only a small crack. Apart from that quality was good and price best I saw. Would use again”

“Ordered panels, which was then sent to the local depot. Panels out of stock so had to wait for their delivery. When in stock was given one delivery slot. Gave instructions to leave panels down side of house but panels left by front door in full sight of the road. Actual panels were well wrapped but only stapled to the backing board. Nice quality so 4 stars”

“Fantastic wall panels as described at a fair price. Only small criticism would be that panels are only connected at minimal points, which makes cutting slightly difficult as the wood moves if not cutting close to a connection point.”

“Great value, great quality. But the delivery is sub-par (driver wouldn't help get panels to front door of flat, just to pavement), and the packing is terrible as there's no protection of corners, they weren't secured in the van and they ended up damaged, so I had to cut tops and bottoms, and one side, to remove damage. I took pictures, but can't upload them here as it wants '640 x 640' - a format that died in around 1998.”

“Arrived on time, ordered an odd number of panels so one was out of the box and slightly damaged but used that as my cut end. Easy to fit and looks good!”

“Easy to navigate website and good communication regarding delivery. Unfortunately, our delivery was one panel short but a quick phone call to Customer Services, who were friendly and very efficient, and another was despatched straightaway. We are really pleased with our purchase and will be happy to recommend The Panel Company to friends and family.”

“I don't know where to start, the incompetence of the young Saturday lad who told me they didn't sell a certain product when they did and actually had some in stock, to me then having to buy online elsewhere with catastrophic consequences still not resolved, to the most heartfelt 'thank God for Keith' who saved the day quickly and with the minimum of fuss. (Huddersfield store both times)”

“Excellent product and delivery at no cost. Only negative comment was attitude of driver on delivering. Parked up and when asked to deliver to apartment on first floor with access to a lift. We were requested to come down to the van and collect the item ourselves. Appreciate no charge for delivery but end service lacking. However, i would say automated communication was good in informing timescale for delivery due to need for stock to be moved from base to base, advising time slot on the day, keeping you informed and also delivering in the time scale given. Overall Good but that final star not quite achieved.”
