“Originally told panels would be delivered to your depot on 2 December. Paid for goods when ordered. 2 December I rang Birtley depot, to be told they're being delivered to another depot and wouldn't be at Birtley until 9 December 🤷🏻‍♂️ we'll see!”

“Very well selected stock at affordable prices. I was delighted with the seasonal fantastic reductions. However, as they do not deliver to the Channel Islands, the Sale did not benefit me much having to pay for a carrier company to deliver it. All the same, I am pleased with the cladding and look forward to see it in place, albeit having to wait longer and hoping it will arrive safely.”

“Quality panels after a little issue with damaged panels.the follow up service I received was excellent.order was replaced & rushed out for delivery 2 days later .. delivery was on time & prompt .with a helpful & cheery driver”

“Pro's - Good price, good YouTube guides, good replies to queries. Con's - Board ends need triming due to crushing by machine cutting at factory (my assumption). - Can see the internal honeycombe structure on the face of the boards when viewed at certain angles. - Other boards purchased from other suppliers come with a protective film on face of boards. Useful protection during installation.”

In response to your concerns regarding your experience, the marking you noticed on the edge of the panel is part of the manufacturing process and is common across all PVC shower panels. These panels have internal ribs that provide rigidity and strength. While it is rare for these ribs to be visible, it can occasionally happen due to the thickness of the panel's outer skin. Our shower panels should be delivered with a protective film, and we sincerely apologise if this was not the case for your order. “Panel Company, excellent. Their chosen delivery company, less so. Goods were left outside front of house in full view of passers by because even though they provided a delivery time, they delivered early. Fortunately the goods were well protected from the elements and exactly how described on their web site. I also received good support/advice when I called them about trims and fixings.”

“On delivery the last order was put together wrong! Ordered 3 panels bur received 1 type I wanted and 2 silmilar. However phoned the company and they sent out a complete replacement order containing 3 correct panels. Well done, in the end.”

“Panels are very good but let down by the fact there only stapled to the felt so if you cut the panel the batten comes away from the felt if there no staples around , either more staples or glue the battens to the felt”

Your feedback has been passed on to our Product Management team, and we've requested an update to the installation guide to include a workaround for this issue. To make a panel more secure you can add an additional staple near the cut to lock the slat in place. Alternatively, a dab of adhesive on the reverse side after cutting will also secure the slat.
