“This is the second time I’ve used the Panel Company. The first time there were no issues. This time the items arrived incomplete and damaged. There was no fuss in replacing the items and they were sent out without delay. I would therefore recommend them. They do use Yodel for delivery though, which is awful in terms of communication and service, and I have dropped a star for this.”

To get your replacement to you as quickly as possible, we used Yodel instead of our usual delivery drivers. This is because orders take up to 7 working days when we use our own fleet of vans. “I cannot fault the quality of the panels and the price point. Had a little issue of the wrong colour panel being delivered and the driver leaving at the front door and not ringing the bell, hence I couldn’t point out the mistake. However, rang the company straightaway and a replacement was arranged and all was good.”

“I’ve been using this company for about three years now. Their shower panels and acoustic being the two types I buy mostly. The panels are fine, the only criticism being the ripples at the two ends which means you have to be careful where you use them. I have used other makes that do not have these so I know it can be done. The delivery’s have improved since the opening of the Dagenham branch but their telephone service has not improved much. Good value for money though.”

“The young lad on the desk was very helpful even though he had not worked there long. Your computer said you had no stock of what I wanted but he went into the store and found loads of it. You nearly lost a sale.”

“Product and delivery both good, but I wonder why it took a week from ordering to delivery. Also, I would have thought payment should be collected on the day of delivery, not the day of ordering. I now await delivery of a further item, and wonder when that will arrive.”

“Was sent samples out and ordered soon after. Delivery was on time and kept up to date by the driver. Only slight disappointment for me was that the end panel on 2 of my panels was about 3mm too long at one end and therefore too short at the other. Wasn’t too hard for me to sort but somewhat annoying”

“The Panels were very good and did the work they were designed for. Delivery was on time. The only complaint was that the internal corner was chrome and was not white, as I had ordered white panels and ends. But I got over this.”

“All areas were good..delivery just seemed to be a while,about a week..but delivery & tracking were great..driver was friendly,& bought into the house ..products look great..but still waiting to install”

“some of the panels were damaged, one looked like it had been dropped or damaged as they'd been taken off the van. the other had a small slit in, but not visible on a photo. luckily we'd ordered plenty to cover these, the slit one although it was in the centre widthways, it was towards the end of the panel and the damaged one we had to work around as didn't want to wait. Didn't report as we were waiting to see if we could manage, which we did, so no harm done, you just need to be aware.”

I have refunded one of the shower panels. In these rare cases where panels are damaged upon delivery we will always replace them, but i understand you were able to work round them. “I recently purchased two black slatted wall panels and I’m really pleased with them. The quality is excellent, they look great in place, and the whole ordering process was straightforward.
