“Excellent product and delivery at no cost. Only negative comment was attitude of driver on delivering. Parked up and when asked to deliver to apartment on first floor with access to a lift. We were requested to come down to the van and collect the item ourselves. Appreciate no charge for delivery but end service lacking. However, i would say automated communication was good in informing timescale for delivery due to need for stock to be moved from base to base, advising time slot on the day, keeping you informed and also delivering in the time scale given. Overall Good but that final star not quite achieved.”

“Delivery was a bit slow but once the panels arrived. They were easy to cut and easy to fit. The bathroom is not complete yet so not able to assess how well they hold up after lots of use. They do however look good and will hopefully be easier to maintain than tile’s.”

“Panels are really nice, easy instructions and installation. My only problem was that I received no notification of when the panels would arrive until I called. It was outside of the delivery window given by themselves but luckily it would still arrive in time for when it was needed.”

“Easy to place order and amazing fast to dispatch to relevant locations for pick up and deliver to customer but after that it falls down It took them over a week just to put on lorry and deliver and couldn’t be bothered to put it inside the door, and asked my wife to put it inside herself!Thankfully it was not raining as the whole product would have been destroyed ! Product itself is very good”

“Great quality product and looks amazing. Only thing I would mention is that I live in an apartment on the first floor and Im over 70 and the driver would only leave the panels in the hall. He said he was not insured to take them any further. As the hallway is not to be obstructed at anytime, I was therefore obliged to take them upstairs by myself, which was not an easy task. I dont have anyone to help me and with hindsight I would have arranged for the contractor to be on site. A bit of advisory facts at point of sale or confirmation in very bold type would help. Thanks”

“I have previously purchased from the company without any issues; however, with the latest order, I had to contact them several times to inquire about the status of my order. The builder had to return the following week as the delivery was delayed - I was fortunate that the builder could accommodate me in this instance, otherwise the panels would not have been able to be installed. The order was placed in plenty of time to be delivered for the job. I was told first on one date, when the builder called, he was told that there was sickness among the drivers. I was expecting a delivery as instructed and this was changed when the builder called the company”
