“We ordered 6 panels in October then later was told they had none in but would be getting some ,l asked if the Huddersfield branch had any ,and was told to contact them,they told me they was getting 500 in and would send my order down to Rotherham but have still not heard anything but when we had our bathroom done by Duncan Wilson he made a brilliant job and those delivery was spot on”

“The panels are excellent and, with a little trial and error, are super quick to cut and fit. I havnt given five stars though purely because the quality of things like corner and end caps are disappointing. I expected these to be metal but they are actually plastic with a silver foil on top which can delaminate in the process of cutting. It's a great shame because there is a lot of waste. I would gladly pay a little more for better quality. The panels themselves deserve it.”

“The price and quality of the panels are very good delivery time is good but don't expect to have them delivered to you door if you live in a flat.I live one up ( twelve stairs to climb to my door ) the van only has one man so he wont deliver them up the stairs. Have never had to return anything always in good condition.”

“Ordering was easy and hood value. The review score would be higher if you delivered to the Isle of Wight. It’s a nuisance to have to join this with another company and manage another process. I would have been happy to pay the delivery charge any way as it was still good value. For heavens sake we aren’t in Outer Mongolia!”

“Extremely pleased with the panels amazing quality and value. Just wish it said you don’t need 5mm H joints to join them together. Spent as much in joins as I did panels and didn’t use and of them.”

“The price was reasonable and the delivery date was good. The only thing that let them down was the delivery time. I was initially give a time between 3 and 4pm. This was changed on the day to between 3.30 and 4pm, no problem there. Except they didn't turn up until 4.30pm and when to the billing address and not the delivery address. Luckily my wife sent them back around the corner to where I was waiting.”

“The panels aren't up yet. This review therefore deals only with order fulfilment. This is a good company to deal with. They deal with the bulky nature of their products by operating their own deliver van fleet. Before deliver I was surprised only to receive the information that delivery would occur within 2-5 days. Noone was at home when delivery was first attempted. Afterwards common sense prevailed and I was contacted about mutually convenient deliver times. On second attempt delivery day I was kept informed about expected delivery time via text message. The delivery driver was chatty and helpful.”

“Panels are of a good quality and a good price however the white colour panels weren’t really white more like ever so slightly grey ,delivery time was a little longer than expected but everything was really well packed.would buy again.”

“Excellent service and delivery unfortunately 2 of the panels were damaged but I managed to cut the damage off I will be doing another Room and will be buying from the panel company 👍”
