“Great products, but poor delivery experience. I have used twice recently. First experience was brilliant, great delivery with very good delivery crew directly into my hall. However reason for 3 star and not 5 is just down to second delivery- when I asked delivery man if he could put panels in hall (as the first delivery had done) he was rather aggressive in tone saying “are you asking me or telling me”.”

“Received the samples I ordered and I have decided on the panel I want. Just waiting on hubby to tell me how many panels are required and all the other bits that are needed and I will be putting my order in.”

“Beautiful panels each one arrived in its own seperate box for protection. Courier took care on delivering. Was constantly updated on the delivery times One hiccup that was sorted out was that the three corners I ordered did not show out of stock and had to contact them to be refunded. This issue needs to be resolved so best to phone to make sure thr items you need are in stock before placing the order.”

“Ordered in March for delivery on may was then delayed already had carpenter lined up to do the job so had to pay him but paneling did not turn up until a week after agreed delivery”

“I have ordered twice from the panel company and I am about to order for one wall in my bedroom. Such good quality and so easy to install and it has made both my living room and guest bedroom look awesome. I love them as they are so different and adds a bit of extra warmth to your room.”

“TPC does something exceptional for Customer Service that's rarely replicated across it many competitors. That is it offers free samples (you only pay for postage) of the shower wall boards it sells. Without such a facility, how can you ever work out what's suitable for you without either; 1. visiting a local bathroom showroom or 2. picking what you want, ordering, in good faith, a huge consignment of wall boards that you hope will be the ones you want (design, colour, quality, whatever . . .). The samples are usable size and arrive quickly. Hats off to TPC and I will buy from you when the time comes to get the boards I need. Tx.”

“When I initially placed the order, I received an email informing me that the materials were out of stock and that delivery would be delayed until new stock arrived. Despite this, the order was delivered within 10 days, which was better than expected. Unfortunately, the main issue was the condition of the materials on arrival. Several panels were damaged, forcing me to postpone my renovation project by a week while waiting for replacements. When the replacement panels arrived, they were also damaged. Although the damage was relatively minor—a chipped corner on one of the panels—it was still disappointing and caused unnecessary delays. By that stage, I no longer had the patience to continue raising the issue with customer service, even though the team was consistently helpful, courteous, and responsive throughout the process. If you are considering placing an order, be aware that the packaging does not seem robust enough to adequately protect the materials during transit. As a result, there is a real risk of receiving damaged items, which could delay your project and cost you valuable time.”

“Amazing quality product. Great customer service. My original order was damaged in transit. On the morning of the delivery the driver noticed it prior to delivery so called me to advise, which I thought was really thoughtful. The company then processed a replacement order and because delayed the company refunded my delivery charge which h again I thought was amazing as I didn’t ask for that. Amazing customer service and the quality of product is on point”
