“I received excellent customer service when I went into the team valley shop to choose and purchase the Panelling. It was a fantastic price, much more reasonably priced than other well known retail stores. I was kept informed on delivery. The delivery driver was friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience and I would highly recommend to others.”

“The panels we received looked very little like they did online. The lady we spoke to was very uninterested but did arrange collection of the panels which cost us £30.”

To help avoid this kind of disappointment, we always recommend ordering samples first, so that you can view the panels in person before making a final purchase. We do charge a £30 collection fee for returns unless the items are damaged, and understand this may have added to your frustration. “I purchased the acoustic wall panels from The Panel Company. The quality was excellent, far superior to the panels on offer at popular highstreet DIY stores which were smaller, flimsy, and nearly double the cost. Delivery wasn't perfect first time BUT the customer service was excellent and my order was put right quickly without any trouble. Would certainly purchase again and recommend to others.”

“Very nice quality product we ordered 4 panels one did have a few chips in the top but luckily we were cutting to size and it didn't effect the finish delivery was 7 working days and at the time stated in the delivery text very happy thank you”

“Fantastic quality panels! Definitely better than the rest (and I have tried others). Good solid wood, and dense fibre backing. Easy to handle and cut too. Very smooth, clean, quality finish to them.”
