“Initially they took a long time to get the order out to me but when they did the service was exemplary. The driver broke down so the delivery was late, to start with the tracking was a bit confusing but when we were the next delivery the tracking was truly amazing. Real time tracking ment that we could get to our gate before the driver arrived and open up for him. Just excellent.”

“We had a fantastic experience with The Panel Company from start to finish. They really went above and beyond for us, which was incredibly appreciated. The communication was excellent throughout, especially with the girls at the London branch — they were friendly, incredibly helpful, and kept us updated every step of the way. The panels themselves look absolutely stunning, and the installation process was really straightforward too. It’s rare to find a company that delivers such great quality alongside outstanding service. Highly recommended!”

“Despite the product was stated and in stock, it wasn’t. I had to chase up delivery only to be told it hadn’t been transferred to London in order to it to be delivered so it would be at least another week. Was then told it was unavailable and offered alternative in stock panels. Selected one from the list, only to be told it’s no longer in stock. Wasted 2 weeks, I have no panels and awaiting a full refund. What a waste of time, can’t use shower room so causing a big issue.”

“Easy to order items and delivered within dates stated. Only negative was the shower panels were not exactly like the sample we received and they did not have the black trims that we wanted, however their communication was good and items were good value for money.”

“Firstly this company came up as the cheapest for the panels we wanted. Absolutely fantastic service from these guys, short despatch time, very good notifications as to when my delivery would be and also got a text on the day to give me a window of time for the delivery to take place. When the delivery arrived the driver was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and would use again.”
