“All delivered as requested only small amounts of damaged on wall sheets to ends ( but needed to cut down to size so all good ) only other thing was long delivery waiting time”

“Ordered wood panels for a sound audio engineering room. The panels were made of very quality MDF with wood veneer on all sides. The finish of the product was amazing. The foam backing was extremely rigid and the wood panel was secured on it tight. The result was impressive. The bass response of the room was dramatically improved. Dialogue and sound effects were sharper and clearer. The panels added a lovely astetheic to the room. I have tried other panels from other suppliers, but this company supplied the very best. The prices were very reasonable and the delivery was smooth. I cannot highly recommend this enough. These are the definitive wood panels on the market. Everyone else has to play catch up. Brilliant and thanks again.”

“I haven’t yet installed the panels but the customer service I have received from general queries to quote, purchase and then delivery has been fantastic I couldn’t fault “the panel company” at any stage and would highly recommend them.”

“Worst experience, delayed the order for two weeks. Then customer service gentleman asked for 3rd week to deliver the order but i cancelled the order and asked for refund. Each time i had to call to the customer service on the promised day for estimated time of delivery but they seem to have no information.”

Hi Tarq, we are sorry about any inconvenience this may have caused. I have contacted the Rotherham branch that dispatched your order and there was a stocking issue with panel you ordered which you were made aware of. When delivering we discount weekends which is way the delivery may have seemed longer than you expected.

“I was originally looking at much more expensive "solid" panels from other companies but the total price was rather expensive, so ordered samples. The samples were sent quickly and the product seemed much better than I thought it would be. Ordered two panels and trims for a shower. These were delivered on time and are really very good. Once glued in place they feel solid and don't have the sort of hollow feel to them that I was expecting from uPVC. I will probably order more for the en-suite.”

“Absolutely fantastic company and staff! We unfortunately had to sort our bathroom ourselves with limited knowledge the panel company went above and beyond to help tell us what we needed and pick out the correct items then after a few days of waiting for delivery confirmation I called and explained we had no bathroom and again they went above and beyond (think his name was james) who took it upon himself to deliver the items as soon as he could himself so we could get the bathroom sorted quicker cause we have kids and no relatives around to use their facilities we also needed extra items and my husband spoke to gaz who again went above and beyond to help they also have wonderful Information and video instructions on the website I'm so glad we found them they have been amazing and we now have a beautiful (and working!) bathroom”
