“Good product - Shower / Bath Panels. Confusing colour choice with many what I can only call as similar colour themes - easy to order the wrong one as I did BUT they have a great returns policy (collected when the correct colour panel was delivered); just waiting for the refund to be processed.”

“The price is very good. Ordering the corner returns was not straightforward and I ordered from another company. I have had two deliveries from them the drivers were very polite and helpful. The last delivery of three panels had one damaged panel which I did not spot until we opened the package a few days after the delivery.”

“Ordered everything needed to complete my shower enclosure, including panels, trims and sealant. Everything arrived a few days later. On installation I noticed I had been supplied with an 8mm internal not the 10mm my panels required. Spoke with the guys in Bristol who unfortunately due to my location couldn’t just run one out to me. They suggested other outlets that stock the item and that they would reimburse me. This was to help get the job done, not to slope shoulders. This wasn’t available locally so they had one shipped to me. Spoke on a Friday and the part was with me Tuesday. Very good considering it was the coronation bank holiday. Can’t fault the service I have received. Mistakes happen but they definitely made me feel like they wanted to do all they could do put things right. Will Defiantly be using them when I refurb the en-suites. Thanks guys”

“Good quality panels, delivery was quick. Measure and and check quantities yourself, don't just rely on the website "panel calculator" as this over estimated for me, and is the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars.”

Hi - I have had a look into this - the delivery was attempted on Monday 1st May at 13:22hrs. With the premises being a shop our driver said this was closed, and was unable to hand the goods over or leave in a safe place on the attempted delivery. The customer service team have communicated this with you, and you should have received a notification for re-delivery. The delivery is currently with despatch and is being routed for redelivery.
