“The panels aren't up yet. This review therefore deals only with order fulfilment. This is a good company to deal with. They deal with the bulky nature of their products by operating their own deliver van fleet. Before deliver I was surprised only to receive the information that delivery would occur within 2-5 days. Noone was at home when delivery was first attempted. Afterwards common sense prevailed and I was contacted about mutually convenient deliver times. On second attempt delivery day I was kept informed about expected delivery time via text message. The delivery driver was chatty and helpful.”

“Very rarely do you find a company that will do there upmost to and deliver early with the short notice sometimes given meeting my clients request’s.. I’ve been ordering panels from this company for nearly 2 years now - consistently order after order I get what it says on there packaging (hassle free) assisting me to get the job done.”

“Had a few issues to begin with . (All My fault). Had to order 2extra panels and didn’t realise they had batch numbers like wallpaper lol. but they sorted it out with no extra charge and even went above and beyond to resolve my mistake. Couldn’t recommend this company enough, thanks guys.”

“Can't recommend this company highly enough. From my first phone call, the service has been outstanding. Top quality help and advice from the very patient and knowledgable salesperson who took my call - he was fantastic, I know little about wallboards and he made sure I had what I needed. Delivery was fast and considerate. The actual wallboards are fabulous - the photo print quality is beyond my expectations. I will definitely use The Panel Company again, should the need arise. Well done and thank you, again!”

“This company are the worst I have ever had thd misfortune to purchase from. They supplied panels which initially were forklift damaged abd could nit be used. Admittedly they sent replacements without any difficulty, however they arrived sun faded and stained and again also could mot be used. To add further insult to injury I mow have to arrange transport so that I can return them to the depot before they will issue a refund. Utterly disgusted there are other panel suppliers, save your time andmoney and shop elsewhere seriously.”

“Ok firstly I would like to thank your rep at customer services Rotherham he went out of his way to find me some more floor tiles because I had under estimated the amount needed and I'd thought they had sold out he actually went to the warehouse and found some, I also required a shower panel so he arranged every thing 5 star. The panel and floor tiles are very good quality and priced very reasonably, and the delivery man was very helpful also putting the delivery where my wife asked as I was at work. A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL AT THE PANEL COMPANY.”
