“Well what can I say they failed to turn up on the first delivery date although they sent several ETA's, so contacted the Bristol Branch and spoke to a very apologetic and helpful young Lady whom informed me the delivery would be coming Sunday morning early which suited me and indeed they did turn up at 8.05 a chap with a very impressive beard, the vinyl flooring I ordered I got at a very reasonable price so in the end it all turned out to be a good experience so THANK YOU The Panel Company.”

“Reviewed website prior to ordering, which was informative with good cross section of products. Placed order, received email confirmation, along with update from Bristol depot on expected delivery day/date. Was further contacted day before delivery with time slot, arrived on time, very polite and professional driver, great product. We will certainly recommend them and use them again for timber slatted panels.”

“The panel sample arrived promptly and confirmed it was what we wanted. Ordered 3 large panels, trim and sealant.. Order confirmed and delivery notification received quickly and order arrived within a couple of days. Notification of delivery hour slot by text. Delivered efficiently by The Panel Company van. Needed more trim and that was delivered just as quickly. All items perfect”

“I have recently, about 2 weeks ago accidentilly ordered some materials, and cancelled them before they were dispatched. I received an email confirming the cancellation. It has been 10 days since then, 12 phone calls later and several emails, but yet, NO REFUND! I would suggest you make double sure before bying anything from this company!”

“A good service apart from the delivery. I live on my own on a third floor flat. The delivery crew wouldn't bring the products up to my front door and left them outside the block of flats. It tooke over half an hour to move the products into my flat and was concerned I had to leave items outside whilst I walked upstairs. I will not purchase items from this company again”
