“There was a slight issue with colour issues due to different batches, this was probably as I placed 2 separate orders. I informed them and they resolved the issue very quickly with no problems so very pleased, would recommend and use again.”

“Very happy with the panels purchased - shower looks great. Customer service was good too, a friendly and very helpful team happy to answer any questions I had regarding installing panels whilst in the Huddersfield showroom. I was kept up to date on delivery and they delivered very quickly. However the driver was "unable" to get them to my upstairs flat and they had to be left downstairs which is something to be aware of for anyone in the same situation.”

“They take far too long for delivery and when it finally comes it’s wrong, the first delivery came in 3 batches and the last delivery was simply piled up against my front door so I couldn’t open the door. I ordered a pack of trim which was supposed to be in stock 10 days later nothing!”

“We haven't installed the panels yet so I can't comment on that yet. The service and delivery were excellent, the delivery was quick and I was kept informed with date/time of delivery. I would recommend.”
