“Ordered two samples, which arrived fine but, because they weren't full width, I couldn't see how seemlessly they'd join together. I emailed them asking for more info on this, to which I got no response. Emailed again, still no response.”

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Due to some of our panels being 1 metre wide, we do have size restrictions to comply with our delivery courier. We are more than happy to resend further free samples which are cut to include the tongue and groove on both sides to enable you to inspect the joins more closely. “Not fitted the panels as yet, but from ordering of the samples, to ordering of the actual panels, the process has been seemless. Delivery was very good and the man delivering the same was very helpful, which was really appreciated. Happy to update this review following the fitting of the panels.”

“I love this dark red and black shower panel - it works really well in a small space. Never be afraid to use something dramatic in a smaller space. The service was impeccable - we needed to add some extra bits to our order, which was added to our delivery at short notice and delivered on time”

“Ordered some MDF Easy Panels which were delivered exactly when the company said they would be. Panels were of a high quality and impressed the tradesman who fitted them, who commented on the finish and ease of fitting them. Woulkd recommend the Panel Company to anyone seeking panelling etc.”

“Website was super easy to use. Loved that you can order free samples (only paying for postage which isn’t much) as this really helped with picking the right colour. The order came really quickly, delivery guys super nice and the panels were amazing. We’re so happy with how they look on the wall.”

“the panels were perfect,however the delivery time was a nightmare.2-3 working days turned into almost 2 weeks.had to leave job for a week.not happy about that.”

“Fantastic service from start to finish. Couldn’t be more impressed very helpful. Easy to order ,lots to choose from and my bathroom fitters are very happy with the quality. I had to phone the company a few times ( my problem not there’s ) and they were so very helpful and nice ! Best company Iv felt with for a very long time and will recommend them to everyone!”

“The panels were delivered promptly and well packaged. I ordered 7 panels and they were all consistent in colour and construction. They're easy enough to cut with a fresh jigsaw blade and fresh Stanley knife but also reassuringly difficult to pull apart when I needed to remove a slat. They're easy to install with the pre-set overlap (I went for black headed screws as fixings rather than adhesive). Overall, really pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend.”

“Very quick delivery. Although one panel was damaged we could still use half of the panel. Excellent customer services and really helpful when I rang to let them know. Offered an excellent refund. Highly recommend The Panel Company and would definitely order from them again.”
