“Easy to use and informative web site with useful videos of how to cut and fix the panels. Delivery was pretty fast. But unfortunately, although we bought a pack with two panels in it when we fixed the second panel and stood back to take in our work, it was noticeable that it was a lighter shade than the first. A bit surprising when they came from the same pack, we thought. But too late to do much about it once it was on the wall. So, overall, much easier than tiling, and a nice look in our shower room, which we'll learn to live with.”

“Check the batch numbers on the shower panels. I ordered 8 and they had 3 different batch numbers. Not good warehouse understanding of the products being despatched.”

“Still waiting for delivery. Delivery was due on 27th, got an update and hour before delivery was due to say delivery vehicle had broken down. Then nothing, had no other communication. Have had to call twice to find out when the delivery will come. Was told will be delivered on 29th although I informed them that no one will be there to take the delivery. Asked to change the date and again no confirmation or communication.”

“Ordered 9 panels for my daughter. When they arrived we realised we had ordered the wrong ones. Got on the phone to the Panel Company ordered the right ones and arranged for the wrong ones to be picked up at the same time. The service we received from the delivery driver to the customer advisor was first class. My son-in-law phoned them to get advice about fitting and again they were very helpful. It was good to find a company that has such good service. I would definitely recommend them.”

“I purchsed the Panels at a great price. Very easy to fit, although i didnt use the glue, i used black screws for plasterboard and it works really well. I only required 2 panels for thecframing that i did, but the quality is brilliant”
