“The panelling looks gorgeous, we have had so many compliments! The delivery was super fast and the delivery driver was so polite. He kindly did all the heavy lifting for me! However, I can only give 4 stars as unfortunately, the wood on one panel was splintered. Thankfully we could work around it.”

“Excellent company product excellent service outstanding as well as the two delivery drivers that we had nothing to much trouble for them and very polite. Company kept us informed the day of delivery and driver as well on our second delivery driver was running late but kept us informed and arrived on time he said.would definitely recommend”

“Would 110% recommend not only to friends and family, but EVERYBODY. Had a fantastic range of panels and found the exact ones I wanted for my bathroom, colour, pattern and size. I contacted TPC twice and both times I had a respond that was quick and gave me the answers I needed. Very professional and would 110% use The Panel Company again in the future. Informative post order info too - links to videos etc 👍🏼🙌🏼”

“We were recommended the Panel Company from someone who had recently refurbished their bathroom and had decided to use shower panels rather than tiles and grout. We visited the shop in Rotherham and were impressed with the range and helpfulness of the staff. We went for arctic white panels with a sparkle and couldn't be happier. Our fitter commented that they were easy to fit and we like the idea of no grout going mouldy again in 12 months!”

“I ordered 8 panels from The Panel Company, to panel all four walls of my small bathroom. The house is quite small and so I had to store the panels outside for a few days before starting work. I realise my own blame in not checking the panels before starting work, but I didn't expect this issue. The issue being that I had been supplied with two different designs of panel. I had 5 of the panel I wanted, and 3 of a different design. I was very short of time when I found out, as I have children and needed the bathroom up and working. When I contacted the company, they were very helpful, and replaced one panel the next morning. This allowed me to do 2 walls in one type, and 2 walls in the other type. Although not ideal, they did their best after making the mistake, and also offered a partial refund to cover any inconvenience. My bathroom is now finished, and I have mixed walls, but it does all look quite nice. As I say, I recognise my own part in this, but delivering two different designs is an issue. As such my rating is only 3 out of 5.”
