“No consideration taken into account who is coming to you to buy , we bought 7 panels of a dearer panel but did ask about any kind of discount & was told no discount is given Just my opinion for future business if a small discount count have been given Ian Reading MD”

“Not used this company before. Having fitted wall panels in previous properties I knew the problems regarding quality of panel fitting and damaged corners during transit. This company produce a precision quality product that is well packed so no damaged corners. More than satisfied with my purchase.”

“After searching online for acoustic wall panels, I found The Panel Company to have a great range and value, as well as being conveniently located in Bristol. After ordering by phone and collecting from the showroom, the panels were easy to cut with saw and knife, and attach to the wall with black screws and wall plugs. The only warning would be that the wood slats create a lot of fine black dust when cut with a saw, which gets EVERYWHERE. Face masks should be recommended in the instruction sheet, as well as using dust sheets to cover your surroundings.”

“Good quality product but a few areas could be improved around website and stock. - I used the calculator on the website and it said I needed 4 panels and so I ordered 4 panels but this was about 15cm too narrow. Not a big issue but was unexpected. What was sad is that the "Natural Oak" version was no longer being stocked so I couldn't order more. This wasn't clear as the product was removed entirely from the site so I spent a while thinking I was going mad and hallucinating this product 😂 - Installation guide was provided with the panel however I lost this and wanted to find the video again but this wasn't easy to find on the website. I tried clicking on similar products to view the installation guide but there was a lack of consistency across them. Eventually I did find the video but I can't remember where. This was also a similar experience with the dimenions of thickness and other metrics - Product lead time was about a month which I understand if the product was made in-house to order. However when I was trying to find another stockist of this "natural Oak" Strivo panel, I saw the brand is stocked at B&Q and therefore as it's from another supplier, my thoughts are that it would be been shorter as you are not manufacturing them yourself. Perhaps I'm wrong with my thoughts here, just my impression - Everything about the product came as described. I would have loved to know more about the acoustic frequency deadening protperties. Some competitors show a chart showing what it's good for. This would allow me to know what other products I need to buy to treat my room with. Perhaps the manfucaturer could provide this? It would also make it appear like it's more than just a "Felt/Foam" panel (obviously it's not). Would shop with the business again as their prices are competitive and their accessories are interesting and unique. Hopefully the lead time with the accessories isn't that long!”
