“Ordered a sample which didn’t arrive , called you and three days later it arrived . To say i’m disappointed is an understatement. It is so small , doesn’t give a good impression of what i was expecting . I was hoping to visualise what it would look like when finished but that didn’t happen.”

“Needed to change the delivery address this was done on a Saturday morning by a very helpful and pleasant young lady who I’m afraid didn’t get the name of . I used another panel company before but was not happy with their customer service in fact it definitely wasn’t EASY dealing with them!”

“Sent x3 of the same sample. Emailed them to let them know. Also replied to the email, asking if I had received the samples. Told them there must of been an error as I had x3 of the same colour sample. Haven't had a reply”

“I,orderered panels from this company after being sent a sample which arrived the next day,The quality of these panels are in my opinion brilliant quality,with good thick felt. I was sceptical at first,as there are a lot of company's out there supplying these Acoustic panels,but once I'd seen the quality of the sample,I was sold. The service from ordering the panels,and conversation with their customer service was 10/10,The panels were delivered within 9 days. I will be installing more panels in the near future,and won't hesitate to use this company.”

“good price delivery was 12 days from the order date arrived on the given delivery day stored them for a week in a safe enclosed area on the side of my home started fitting the panels all going fine until i opened the 3rd box to find damage on the face of the panel in 4 seperate areas unfortunatly the job needed to be finnished so i had to use this panel the 4th and final panel was all good not happy with the damaged panel managed to work around some of the damage but was still left with 2 damaged areas that show apart from that i am pleased with the good panels”

“Have used before and love my panels. Just slight issue with this one it’s a different colour/match to my original cerarra marble effect panel despite name being same. No matter so good old PVC paint will fix it right up.”
