“Excellent. Ordering was straight forward. Delivery excellent. Kept informed and given estimated time. Then delivery placed items in requested area. Panels really lovely - no damage during delivery either. All round good service.”

“Bought 3 panels and trim to refurb my bathroom the 10mm panels are of great quality very sturdy i was surprised how easy to install if you do a dry run first measure 3 times cut once lol I am very pleased with the product and delivery would recomend.wife is very happy”

“Great communication from all the team, even when I messed up the order. They sorted it same day, without issue. Delivery took 8 days, which is totally acceptable. On delivery day, i was updated a few times which really helped. And finally the delivery driver brought the panels right into my house, which was very helpful. Well done, and thanks again, first class service....”

“The ordering process was very easy and delivery was made in good time. There are clear instuctions stuck on the back of the panels which made assembly very easy. This was my first project and will be undertaking more panelling projects around the house.”

“Terrible company. Paid extra for next day delivery then it didn't arrive. Came the following day but order was wrong. Order was left outside front door in the rain even after we explained that they could call us to come and take it in the house when they arrive. Waited another 7 days until replaced with correct items. 2 months later, im still waiting for my refund for extra paid for next day delivery. Absolute shamble of a company. DO NOT USE!”

“Great product. Expensive, but you pay for quality. Order to delivery is too long, two failed deliveries - part of order not loaded on first delivery and then, unfortunately, second delivery cancelled in the day due to driver illness. Small amount of compensation paid but job ‘cancelled’ twice.”

“Ordered a jade marble wetwall, arrived later than original order. But the company did let me know immediately and gave me the option to cancel my order. It arrived on the day they then said it would arrive. The product far exceeded the picture online so very happy with my order. Looked at other similar items but were double the price with other companies. Highly recommend this wetwall product was well worht the wait.”
