“Delivery is expensive, no attempt to contact the delivery address oppupants and products were just left each time on the main street resulting in theft on one occasion. From placing order to receiving products is very slow.”

“Would love to write a review on the product but unfortunately I still haven't recieved the order yet. The order was placed on the 23/3/26 with a eta for delivery on 1/4/26. On 30/3/26 I recieved an email stating the product wasn't available and the delivery was scheduled hopefully for 8/3/26. These changes not only put the installation back but also result in time off work for accepting the delivery.”

“Bought the LED lights whilst on offer, arrived promptly. Give off a good amount of light, but don’t last very long so have to keep charging”

On the low setting, they can last up to 20 hours, while medium gives around 8 hours, and high lasts about 5 hours. “I recently ordered walnut acoustic panels from The Panel Company and I’m really pleased with the result. The quality is excellent, the walnut finish looks genuinely premium and adds a lot of warmth to the room rather than feeling overly manufactured. What stood out most was how straightforward everything was. The panels were well packaged, easy to install, and exactly as described. Delivery was also impressively quick, which made the whole process feel smooth and reliable. Overall, a really solid product and service. I’d definitely use them again if I was doing another space.”

“This is our second purchase. The panels are sturdy, easy to fit and look surprisingly good. This set are a faux large tile effect. It really works and you don't notice it's not a true tile until you are really close to it.”

“I just needed 6 panels for a small utility Room the panel company couldn’t be more helpful and they give you ample notice of delivery, came bang on time, driver friendly and helpful!
