“Delivered to the wrong address and had to search for it, found my order half a mile down the road on private property and had to ask the owners if we could look down their drive to see if it was there. Then had to carry all of it back home when we had a heavy order. Delivery number and company number didn’t answer so I was stuck for an hour wondering where my order was. Items arrived in good condition however we were not happy with the delivery.”

“I ordered 2 panels and 3 trims the driver delivered the panels but forgot to leave the trim I phoned and the customer service team phoned him and he came all the way back with them Excellent service”

“I was admittedly skeptical by the low prices compared to other retailers. I ordered a sample and i was pleased with the quality, but decided to go with another colour, so it was worth seeing the sample before I placed an order. I placed an order for 10 panels and they were with me within a few working days, very carefully delivered by a courier. I found them easy to cut (i used a fine hand saw ater reading horror stories about using circular saws etc), i was abke to cut them straight and precise and had no issues with the felt. The only negative was a slat on one of my 10 panels was snapped - thankfully the snap was near the end of the panel and so it became one of 39cm off cuts. Panels are a quite heavy and if you're installing them above a skirting board, you're going to want a second person to help hold it in position while you plot out pilot holes. Installing them on brick walls is physically hard work, but i'm glad I went with them.”

“Easy to use and informative web site with useful videos of how to cut and fix the panels. Delivery was pretty fast. But unfortunately, although we bought a pack with two panels in it when we fixed the second panel and stood back to take in our work, it was noticeable that it was a lighter shade than the first. A bit surprising when they came from the same pack, we thought. But too late to do much about it once it was on the wall. So, overall, much easier than tiling, and a nice look in our shower room, which we'll learn to live with.”
