“Item ordered hasn’t arrived. Ordered on the 25th June through B&Q, suggested delivery date of the 2nd July at time of purchase. Even on Friday the 27th B&Q suggested delivery date of the 4th July. My delivery date is now the 6thJuly. I suggest B&Q and you communicate better!”

“Delivery and customer service was great However, the product only looks good from afar, The foam is okay but upon closer look, the slats are noticeably poor quality. Would not purchase again - will spend the little extra and get a more premium product”

“Brilliant! Went into the showroom as didn't know what I needed. Staff were extremely patient and helpful taking the time to explain things and various options available. Ordered online and delivery was extremely quick and again the driver was excellent really helpful and very nice. Will definitely use this company again. “First time of using The Panel Company but not my last, fantastic product, the panels are beautifully made, excellent colour, as advertised, easy to cut with a jigsaw, so easy to fix to the wall with the intent grab adhesive which I also bought, no nails or screws used, just the adhesive, put the adhesive on the wall and pushed the panel on, sorted. Looks great.. No hesitation in purchasing more for my next project.”
