“Items were as described on their website and were easily fixed to existing wall tiles in bathroom. I chose to cut panels around windows with new fine tooth saw. Easy to cut and holds shape when cutting out large portions. My bathroom looks fantastic. I had no need to remove old tiles saving a lot of time and mess. If you want a no fuss change to your room, then these are a must.”

“I can only comment on my choice and ordering experience so far….. the rest is to be seen but if it as good as my first impressions then this place is flipping brilliant!! Great service from 3 very friendly and polite young men. Have to give a big shout out for Lewis who was very patient with me and got me some great prices a day early for Black Friday.”

“I don't normally write reviews but I just wanted to say what a great experience I've had with this company. The delivery was very timely and in their own van, so I didn't have to deal with another courier company and the driver was happy to help me in with the panels. The panels look fab. Thanks so much.”

“Great products, not so good delivery service. You will struggle to plan a project around the advertised delivery schedule as it doesn't actually fall within it. Add at least a week to it, especially if you have paid contractors doing the job.”

“The first set of panels unfortunately were faulty. I contacted the company and another order was sent out the following week. Again there was an issue but the delivery driver was fantastic and a shout out to him who managed to sort the problem for me. He was great and an asset to this company as he went over and above to sort this for me. The second set of panels were all fine and so far appear to be good quality (although not fitted as yet).”

“We recently purchased products from The Panel Company, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The panels themselves are excellent quality — sturdy, great-looking, and surprisingly easy to install. Everything clicked together smoothly, and the finish looks fantastic. We did encounter a slight hiccup during the process, but this is where The Panel Company truly stood out. Their customer service team (Gaz in particular) went above and beyond to help us. They responded quickly, were incredibly understanding, and resolved the issue without any stress or hassle. we are honestly so grateful for the way they handled everything. Overall, we’re extremely impressed. Both with the product and the people behind it. Would absolutely buy from them again and highly recommend them to anyone!”

“I ordered sample panels on the 11th of November and received an email on the 18th asking if I was happy with them—despite the fact that they still hadn’t arrived. I replied to explain that I had not yet received my order, but five days passed with no response. I eventually had to contact the company again through Facebook Messenger to get any update. I was told the samples had been posted on the 12th, yet they never arrived. Although the company did offer to refund the £1.99 postage, my main concern was being able to choose the correct colour before placing a larger order. Unfortunately, due to the delay in both the delivery and the communication, I ended up having to purchase from another company instead. Overall, I’m really disappointed with the experience.”
