I bought the very beautiful Fior di Bosco panels, they were delivered next day On TIME which I found Amazing. Everyone I had any contact with (Gaz Patricia and the driver )at Bristol was helpful knowledgeable and willing. This company are successful and this is the reason. Product staff and delivery. Thank you. Ps item was damaged on delivery but everything was sorted to out to our mutual agreement.

Went to the Bristol Branch today to collect our panels. The customer service was excellent from speaking to Keith in Huddersfield to Gaz in Bristol. Gaz was professional, approachable, and knowledgeable His team Ben and Ian were also as helpful as Gaz. The showroom is going to be excellent and you have some great products Thank you Gaz and team.

Would not recommend this supplier nor would I order again. I ordered 4 shower panels with the end and corner trims. The website stated 10 days delivery, which was fine so I ordered and waiting 10 working days. When they hadn't arrived I emailed just to see what was happening. I then got a rude email to say they had delivered it and sent me proof of a signature which was not mine. However I had received no emails about this delivery either. They then said they would resend my order which was done prompt the next day. However these arrived in a box which was ripped and falli g apart and all 4 panels were in opened boxes, all broken. I emailed again and they said they would get back to me, then never did so I chased again and they said they would send a replacement. So just over 3 weeks after my initial order I finally received the panels however, yet again there was no delivery information and I found them outside my property soaked through the box and once opened all broken again. I had my builders waiting to install these so the delay was costing me money and still nothing to use. I emailed again to complain and asked for a solution. 7 working days later they had not replied so I emailed asking for a full refund. They acknowledged fault straight away and issued the refund. This has been a really painful experience and I will start my look elsewhere. I thought reading the reviews this was going to straightforward and a quality product. Beware, they are very flimsy and their delivery courier have no care when handling.

Hi Amy - First and foremost, sincere apologies that this has happened to you. This is not the service that we aim for. We do send the odd orders out via courier service when the postcodes are not within reach of our own van delivery postcodes & unfortunately for you this has been the case and furthermore you have received damaged goods on a handful of occasions here which is very rare. We do apologise once again, I can see that you have been fully refunded now, hopefully you will be able to get your bathroom sorted out soon. The Panel Company.

Samples arrived quickly and were large enough to see the pattern. Delivery of my order was by the companies own van with an efficient and helpful driver. I would order from the panel company again and will recommend them to anybody wanting bathroom panels.

Absolutely shocking service from start to finish (and it's not even finished). I ordered panels and trims adding instructions to send after a specific delivery day because I was on holiday and I like to inspect goods for damage or missing parts as it so often happens these days. They ignored that and sent them anyway. They also missed off the first line of my address so I missed a call from the courier in my street, not knowing where to deliver. By pure chance my daughter was in, saw a driver outside and realised that it might be for me. When I got home, I found there were some trims missing. They apologised and said they'd be sent straight away. I waited and waited... nothing turned up. After few more days wait (and an increasingly impatient customer) they said that the order was delivered and completely ignored my previous email about parts missing being sent out (so that was a lie then). Getting through to customer services is impossible - I gave up after half an hour of being told how important my call is to them. Clearly it isn't. The customer has lost all faith in me now and I have in turn lost faith with these cowboys. I have today requested the missing parts or a refund so I can go buy the parts I need from a proper company and give my customer a massive discount on fitting. In future I'll go to ebay or Amazon etc... somewhere that has the minutest idea about what customer service really is.

Hi - Having spoken to the customer service team it transpires that we did in fact send the order out too early - however all parts of the order were delivered and no such refund was actioned due to missing parts, you did in fact receive the whole order. 2 of the 3 panels ordered were delivered damaged in transit, however, luckily the huge hole on one panel was towards the end of the panel and we only needed just over 2m in height, so we cut off the damaged area and were offered a refund on the panel. My main complaint is that the panels are not designed to withstand the amount of work that goes into fixing them. They are extremely easily scratched as the pattern is too thinly printed. They are also incredibly difficult to fix if the walls are even slightly out of alignment. It took us 3 days to fix 3 panels around a 1m shower and fixing the shower and rail through the panels is proving very tricky as the fixing holes have to be as large as the rawl plug into the wall structure. Lining up the tile line has also been time consuming and frustrating, although we finally managed to get the panels fixed and lined up. These panels probably come into their own as coverage for rooms without fiddly showers. Would not use again.

Both Gaz and Patricia (based in Bristol) have helped us through our really stressful building situation. They ordered us new panels to solve our problem, planned a quick delivery for us, and have been updating me with the order throughout, even though they are incredibly busy. They have been professional, understanding, and reliable. Thank you both for your help. Their customer service has exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend ordering through them.

This is a customer service review for Adam, who I spoke with on the phone. He completely turned the complaint I had around! He seemed very busy at the time, but was still able to give me some valuable advice and helped me with my order. I was ready to ask for a full refund and go somewhere else, but because of his customer service I stayed with The Panel Company. I was sent the wrong clad seal and wasted a load of time with it. The delivery service is spot on, and I would say the pricing is very good. But the customer service really makes this company worth going with!

Ordered panels and trim and they arrived in stated timescales. My fitter advised that I had ordered incorrect trims. Got through to customer services and they immediately understood the dilemma and sent replacement trims by courier on next day basis. They didn't charge for the courier and offered to collect the unwanted trims when they were next delivering to my area. They also provided a full refund on the unwanted trims (no restocking fee applied).

Absolutely πŸ’― customer service. Thought I'd ordered textured panels when the original order went in. Upon arrival I realised the panels only 'looked textured'. I'd originally ordered premium large natural stone in light grey and although it was lovely, wasn't what I was after. I orderded the large grey sparkle as 2nd choice suring black friday sale as didnt want to miss out. Email conversation to customer service meant they were able to deliver the replacements and pick up the unwanted order with a refund processed quickly -20% restocking fee which is clearly stated on the website. Love the replacement ones and top class customer service! 100% recommend these guys. The original order was by courier with the 2nd with own driver.

I've just read the reviews below and either l was lucky or they were unlikely. The site was easy to navigate with helpful videos on "how to do", with a large selection to choose from. The company contacted me twice by email ,once to confirm the order and once to tell me that my order was being delivered the next day. The driver contacted an hour before delivery. I under ordered on the first order and needed 2 more panels, the service was the same as the first, no problem. I picked the Jordan Stone style and my only criticism is no matter what you try you will always notice where the joints are, because one side starts dark grey and finishes a lighter grey. A word of advice, use a decent make of silicon, l tried the B&Q range and ended up buying Ever Build premium+ 500, a lot better adhesion.

Ordered samples that never arrived, contacted and more sent out and by the time the 2nd lot turned up after 3 weeks, the one I like is now out of stock. Waste of the small sample delivery fee. Ordered else where.

I had previously placed an order with the Panel company and service was Excellent. I ran out Of panels and contacted via phone to order more. Spoke to Adam who had excellent customer service skills and we shared a laugh and joke.!He even called back offering further Assistance to get my new order to me. He really went that extra mile making the entire process totally effortless and stress free. Keep up the good work πŸ‘πŸ» I would definitely recommend and Can’t believe the below negative review?πŸ€”

The reason for my low rating is that the customer service is basically non-existent. The panels were good value and the website was very clear. Ordering was easy. Sadly, some of the panels came damaged which I understand can happen at times. As above though, the customer service response was awful. I called on the day about the panels being damaged, I explained that I did not have time to wait for a replacement and would try to work around the damage, however, I am disappointed and don't feel happy paying full price for damaged products. The person on the phone sounded helpful and said that they would arrange a partial refund. He gave me an email address to file the complaint and attach the photos. I received an automated email immediately which sounded like they were on top of it, but have now had absolutely zero contact. That was 6 weeks ago. I even sent an email 4 weeks ago asking for an update but still no reply. Being completely ignored is not okay and I have, to be honest, never experienced such bad service anywhere else.

Ordered 3 panels for a shower. Great communication and delivery. Unfortunately we managed to break one. Bought another which was a different colour when it arrived. Couple of emails later they had sourced the correct one and delivered it quickly. Cannot fault the customer service

I have to be honest and say the service I have received has Been terrible. I ordered 8x dark grey marble panels and only 6 arrived and 2 others of a completely different colour. The dark grey is not how it appears on the website and so is misleading. I was told the correct ones would be delivered and the wrong ones collected. When the next delivery arrived 8 x white ceiling panels were delivered which again is totally wrong and the driver refused to collect the wrong ones. I now have 10 incorrect panels in the house. Apparently the right ones will be delivered tomorrow and the others taken away. I know mistakes happen but this is unacceptable and has caused stress as I have been without a working bathroom for over a week and have been chasing this issue. Regards Gavin
