“Great product's and website easy to use. Had one hiccup with my order but the delivery team sorted it out quickly and completed my delivery very quickly and efficiently. All dealings with the company staff were polite efficient and friendly. Thanks!”

“More than happy with the product, (Sealux Strips for a shower). Not so happy about delivery which took 8 days to arrive and very nearly held the job up. The company says allow 4 to 7 working days for delivery but have stopped using outside couriers preferring to use their own drivers as some products became damaged in the past. Can I suggest there is an option for smaller items to still be sent by courier or Royal Mail as I would have been willing to pay an additional amount for a faster delivery. Otherwise everything OK. If I use the company again I’ll ensure I order at least two weeks before the products are required.”

We no longer use couriers because of the high probability of damages which offers the worst customer experience possible. “Ordered panels for our bathroom which, now fitted, are perfect. Decided to order additional panels for utility room but miscalculated. Contacted TPC to ask if we could order two additional panels as couldn't find online. Were told that the panels were discontinued but the lady checked stockroom and found two panels slightly damaged. Was told we could have them for nothing, which is amazing! Only have to pay for delivery. Very happy with the service TPC provide!”

“First, I had a very good experience. Order 400 pounds worth of panelling with 50 pound delivery charge to aberdeen. No problem. I later needed 4 tubes of sealant- the delivery charge was going to be 50 pounds again. No way. You need a better delivery service. Heard of royal mail?”

“This is the first time I have used the panel company and will not be the last! Communication from the drivers was excellent. I did not notice that one box contained the wrong colour panel until the next morning, a quick call to the Bristol branch and this problem was swiftly resolved by the next day. Bearing in mind I am in deepest Cornwall !! Thanks again Panel Company. PS panels were spot on. Cheers.”
