“Changed delivery dates a few times due to staff shortages but product was good and looked good when fitted Very good value for price and free delivery was welcomed.”

“I didn’t usually do reviews. However I feel when a company provides an excellent service and has an superb product it should be celebrated. The web site was easy to navigate. The purchase was straight forward and the price was excellent. The company kept me informed through the process and the delivery time was accurate. Even the driver was great to deal with. All in all an excellent product and company.”

“Great communication. As soon as they realised the order would be delayed The Panel Company gave me a call with options to resolve the issue. I chose to wait, and turned up as promised. Will happily use again.”

“Great Company, loads of choice, got everything I needed for our bathroom revamp. Customer service guy Keith is GREAT, i had ordered wrong size trims for panels, Keith sorted all my issues and got the correct ones delivered and the wrong ones collected NO PROBLEM! I would use this company again purely for their customer service and their prices!! Great Company 5/5 Thank you”

“Great panels, easy to install and looks great. Ordered on the Sunday but got no update on delivery, got a tracking number but it would not give me any info so I sent an email to the panel company and got on reply so on the Friday I went out to find it was being delivered. No update and no info so not inpressed with the communication.”

“The products are excellent (the end result looks exceptional. We are now doing all of our bathrooms in them…) and they’re so easy to install. More impressive is the customer service. “Travelled to Huddersfield on Monday from Stockport in desperation for replacement panels after a botched initial attempt by an incompetent workman. Arrived to a lovely warm welcome from Gaz on a day when we were about to give up on ever solving our panelling problems. He found what we needed and the price was much more competitive than what we’d paid for our original panels. He was very helpful, checking out the earliest delivery in case we couldn’t fit new panels in car. Even carried out our purchase and helped load them successfully in the car. Gave us loads of info and advice for going forward and completing the job. If we EVER refit a bathroom again this will be the first place we come.”

“We have had a few issues, the first being more than a 2 week delay in delivery from the quoted date which we only found about when the first part arrived in complete, we had to contact customer services on several occassions for an update. The second issue is in relation to a followup order, I placed an order checking that I had ordered the same thing and the wrong panels were sent (darker colour), I have tried repeatedly to contact customer services via email (no reply), and telephone (rings out). This has resulted in us being unable to complete the installation and we currently have an un-useable bathroom with absolutely no support. The builders have had to re-scheduled twice at our expense. We also ordered the same trims only to find that the edging trim that arrived is different to the first batch (in terms of its physical size). This is way beyond unacceptable customer service for a product at this cost. It is a shame that we got no response from Customer Service as this would have greatly improved the Score I feel I had to submit, hopefully now someone might get in contact to sort our issue out. All of that being said the panels we have recieved are very good quality easy to install and arrived in generally good quality, the factory cuts are not great, but as long as you don't need a full height board you shoule be ok.”

“Very pleased with panels, but you need a lot of adhesive- cost almost as much in adhesive as the panels themselves ! Excellent delivery and my en-suite looks great!!!”

Hi Lin - Pleased you were happy with the panels received, when it comes to the adhesives we always recommend x2 tubes of adhesive per 1 metre wide coverage, if walls are un-even we would always recommend more to compensate for the irregularities on the wall surface. The Panel Company

“Excellent service. Fast delivery. 3d effect on panels impressive. Marked down as really disappointed after builders fitted them to find the colours vary between sheets. Buyers beware but to be honest they are so huge checking for colour would have been really difficult …!”

I do apologise about the colour discrepancy it appears you may have been sent the same panel however in a different batch number accidentally. On installation, you would have liked to think that the fitter would have picked up on this, had you reached out to us we would have rectified the issue swiftly and sent out the panel in the correct batch. “The Matt Jura Carrara Marble SPC Flooring was delivered on time and looks and feels like I had imagined, very good quality.....I am an experienced joiner of 30 years + and have laid many laminate and real wood floods....but this click system is a nightmare. The long sections go together fine, but the , short sides keep coming apart. These look like they are too small to connect, hard to fit when you have many mouldings to fit beneath ....”
