“Just received our panels haven't put them up yet but they look amazing, we moved from Newcastle to Aberdeenshire last year and I was a bit worried about the distance,but no problem at all , the delivery driver was lovely and helpful , will definitely use them again.”

“We had our delivery yesterday and the delivery guy was very polite and also carried all the panels into my front room. Which was very helpful. We are yet to put them up but we have used you before and I couldn't recommend the panel Company enough. Thank you”

“Took delivery of my second lot of panels today. Can’t explain how impressed I am with this service from the start to finish. All the “how to” guides ,the ordering and delivery and even more so the cost. Bathroom still work in progress so I can’t show any pictures just yet. I’m a lady DIY’er and have had no issues in installing these panels on my own. Defo 5*”

“Shocking customer service. When I ordered my panels I was given a delivery date. On the day of delivery recieved a message saying van broke down so delivery was re-arranged to a following week on Monday. No delivery recieved and no call or message explaining why. I had to call myself to find out what is happening, again I was given a new date which I didn't agree with as I wasn't gonna be in, this date wasn't optional and I couldn't change the date. 1 panel arrived broken. This put my project days behind a schedule. Won't be using again.”

“All good in general. However panels come in packs of 4 and i had 3 left over. These were not paid for but one hell of a waste as they'll be thrown away.”

“We've 3 deliveries of panelling up to now, they have all been on time and delivered with care and a smile!! The last delivery we had was too heavy for to lift so the delivery guy put them in the kitchen for me!! The rooms we have done have been transformed they look amazing with you wonderful products. We have yet to do our sons kitchen, but that will be over Easter. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the panelling and would recommend anyone to use it, as it saves alot of decorating and always looks nice. We had our panelling in the winter sale and glad we did.”

“Dealt with the Durham store at Bartley and the staff were truly helpful and friendly. We bought both wall panelling and flooring from the very large range of products available and we are highly satisfied with the products, the service, the delivery and the price. And we had ordered far more flooring than we needed and they happily took the surplus back and refunded us. How could we ask for more?!”
