“I haven't used my goods yet and this review is purely on delivery for now and in particularly the delivery driver Neil. Firstly my delivery was on time but upon arrival we found that the Panels wouldn't fit into the lift at my flat.. instead of watching me struggle to maneouvre 6 huge wall panels up FOUR flights of stairs, Neil stayed for at least 20 minutes to help me carry them upstairs which was a bit of a task and a decent workout! I'm pretty sure that's not his job and it was huuuuuuuugely appreciated. Also - Free delivery which is competitive. Accurate updates received about delivery including accurate one hour window. Very much recommend for order/delivery/customer service.”

“Panels were great, sent wrong size corner trim, cut it before realising so a trip to Bristol to replace, only then when looking at fixing the panel the pink grip had no C4 nozzles, so a trip to Screwfix to get a tube with nozzle and i should of had tubes of clear and white and ended up with clear and trans, which i presume is clear. need to check orders properly before just sending anything out.”

“It was a very promptly arrival with top marks to the delivery driver who drove from Bristol to Farnborough rang on arrival & gave me a lift with the panels up 2 flights of stairs several times 👍”

“Highly recommend, after ordering in their Boxing Day sale I had reasons to call them on 3 occasions, on every occasion the help support and just helpful pleasant engagement was consistently there! This was from everyone at Bristol in the team including the delivery driver, well done Gaz your team do you proud, so many companies state their ‘implied customer approach’ which is rarely delivered, with the Panel company it is, keep up the good work, BTW the panels look great!”

“Following my complaint about damages to ordered panels, the company has sent me new undamaged panels. I am very happy with the company's decision and recommend the company since the customer service is very good. Mark Butcher, the company's own courier delivered the new panels from Bristol. Mark was a very nice and helpful person and I really enjoyed knowing Mark hopefully I order more from the panel company in future and looking forward to see Mark again.”

“Recently made an order, then needed to add an extra item. This was made very straight forward by the helpful and knowledgeable gentleman. Also they have really helped me out by delivering my order within 5 days , as needed urgently. To await the arrival of my plumber Would definitely use this company again, and would recommend to anyone interested in making a purchase”

“Dealing with Gaz at the new Bristol showroom has been great from start to finish. He was informative and helpful. Via email, phone call and face to face, nothing was too much trouble and Gaz has been amazing. Having looked a numerous supplies of this kind of panelling and ordering samples, The Panel Company offered the better quality of panelling and the sales/support offered by Bristol and Gaz in particular, has been second to none. Highly recommended.”

“I bought the very beautiful Fior di Bosco panels, they were delivered next day On TIME which I found Amazing. Everyone I had any contact with (Gaz Patricia and the driver )at Bristol was helpful knowledgeable and willing. This company are successful and this is the reason. Product staff and delivery. Thank you. Ps item was damaged on delivery but everything was sorted to out to our mutual agreement.”
