Unfortunately I did not like the sample that was sent to me. I didn't not like the quality of it.

Order from here as price seemed good and they were based locally. Item seems good quality Vs price. My only gripe is that we never received a call or notification prior to delivery. My only notification was that it had been delivered. Yup just left outside. Luckily I was to bring in, but not everybody could + bonus it wasn't raining!!

In some cases, our delivery drivers will leave parcels if they deem it safe to do so. This is to prevent the need for rescheduling a delivery and delaying our customers' parcel arrivals. Delivery is far too expensive. I only needed another end cap trim but it would cost another £15 delivery. Ridiculous!

The delivery was on time. However, what they failed to tell you is that not all panels match and fit. I got marble panels but they did not match together when put up and had to be cut significantly, so not as the picture may suggest. Also purchased some corners which they recommended which were cheap looking and flimsy so had to Then purchase different ones. I have to say very disappointed as I had to buy more panels where the batches did not match so I then had to get plain white on one wall. Was so disappointed and wish they had at least stated this.

Product appears very good. After sales less so. Got e mail post purchase to say that local branch would now be dealing with it and would be notified in advance of delivery date. Nothing heard for some time and had to chase local branch as not heard anything to be told 'They've been out of stock but believe we have just had delivery i'll check and let you know'. Nothing heard again other than a delivery without notification at 6.45am !! a few days later.

Service from staff was faultless as they were friendly and helpful throughout. Had the panels delivered for a few weeks now and finally come to fit it but the quality was a little disappointing. The top and bottom edging almost shows the indentation of the panel. The top can be hidden with the trim but the bottom becomes unsightly

Fantastic product just a shame the company left them in clear view standing upagainst my porch of passers by without any notification of being delivered anyone could have took them away

The panels were damaged when they arrived but I have to say that the customer service was excellent. They were very quick to respond and tried to resolve the problem immediately.

Waited in for 4 hours for them to tell me when i rang to see where they were that they wasnt coming due to weather

Good customer service and products. However delivery service let's them down. My panels were left hanging over the wall so when the gates opened they wedged them against the fence.

Nice panel - but no packaging. Panel was delivered from the Lodon office bare. Thankfully not damaged or scratched

Panels were ok quality for the price. Small damage on every panel but not enough to ask for return and didn’t stop the job in hand.

Thought items V/Good. But delivery time a bit absurd. As warehouse only 3 hrs away but had to wait over three wks. ????

Nice panels but the trims are not that good quality Price was ok but delivery costs seemed high and waiting time is too long for delivery There was slight damaged on two of the panels

The panels were fine, but for some reason the delivery was outside of you stated delivery days so we had to drive to your warehouse to collect the panels ourselves at our own expense. If you deliver within your stated days then this would have been 5 stars. Instead it cost us time and money.

The Panel Company website is excellent, especially their installation videos. For me delivery went just over 7 working days. Unfortunately each panel was slightly chipped, normally just the tongue but in one case the panel itself. I was considering sending them back but the three wall installation allowed me to cut out the chips. It’s frustrating as some simple protection along the edges would solve the issue. Hence 3 star review. Outside of this the product is good and I prefer the finish to tiles.
