I give a 3 for now as the customer service is not amazing, due to the lack of communication, I am still awaiting my order to arrive. I had to chase them to then being informed that is out of stock and the delivery will be delayed. Obviously would have beign useful to get a notification of this before I start chasing them. As now I need to change all the plans for the work and the handyman that was going to do the work. Hopefully the materials is good 🤞

Panels have poorly cut top and bottom edges, both required me to trim off as they would be on show, other than that the panel are sturdy, look good and delivery was very quick. Unable to add photos to show as review crashes!

My first experience of using the panel company was not the best I’m afraid. I had to wait almost 2 weeks for delivery and had to chase twice for a delivery date. When my items arrived, the wrong twins had been sent. My workmen were already working on the room so had to down tools until the correct trims arrived. I was originally told that they would be courier back the same afternoon but later told that it would be the next day. They arrived at 11:30 the following day! The panels were in my hallway and the driver said those trims won’t fit those boards but on check king his paperwork he apologised as they were the correct trims. We were one board short and rang to ask if we could buy just one board. We were told that it was a special order (this was first we’d heard this) and wouldn’t know if it was even in stock for 24 hours. If it was in stock we would need to buy a pack as they are not sold individually. All in all, not a great experience I’m afraid.

Looking at your order I can see that this is a Vox panel, these panels are called in from a central warehouse but we should have communicated any delays to you. With regards the additional panel you wanted to order. Unfortunately they are sold as a pack of four, we try our best to make that clear on the product listing but I will speak to the web team to ensure this is made as clear as possible. All of our drivers will do everything they can to deliver the order in a way that makes it easy for the customer to handle the goods after they have left. Panels turned up, but not within the 4-7 days stated. 4 quadrants ordered at the same time to fit the panels into still not turned up!!

More than happy with the product, (Sealux Strips for a shower). Not so happy about delivery which took 8 days to arrive and very nearly held the job up. The company says allow 4 to 7 working days for delivery but have stopped using outside couriers preferring to use their own drivers as some products became damaged in the past. Can I suggest there is an option for smaller items to still be sent by courier or Royal Mail as I would have been willing to pay an additional amount for a faster delivery. Otherwise everything OK. If I use the company again I’ll ensure I order at least two weeks before the products are required.

Pleased with the flooring but the wall panels looked a lot cheaper than expected and some of the corners were cracked!! Also it took approximately 3 weeks before delivery came and there is no contact about your order unless you contact them!

We do everything we can to deliver as fast as we can but on occasions a product can be delayed due to events outside of our control. The panels are good quality, however, getting them delivered was not a good experience. I wasn't given any indication of delivery time so I was waiting all day. They eventually turned up about 4pm and the delivery guy wouldn't take them indoors and left them kerbside reciting company policy! They were far too heavy and big for me to take indoors on my own, so I had to go and ask some workmen who happened to be in my neighbourhood to help. I felt I had to give them a tip for their help so added cost to my delivery! I'm a small woman and I'd you can't take something like that over the doorstep, then give a timed delivery at least!

This is the 3rd order I’ve placed as yet. Great delivery service etc on the whole. Panels received in good condition. However the internal and external corner trims are very quality poor this time. Good job I ordered an extra one as had to use it! The “Chrome” effect “tape” kept coming off and had to be glued back on at cut ends. Seemed very poor quality compared to the last ones I used. Would maybe think twice on next order. A bit disappointing for this order as not had problems with items on previous orders.

The ordering was easy but the delivery not so good as I stay in a 1up flat ,and to be told by the driver that he was only leaving it at the ground floor ,when I asked him ,he said drivers only leave at front door ,but clearly when ordering my address states flat 1/1

I ordered 4 grey panels delivery was really fast but one of the panels was slightly damaged on one end but luckily I had to cut it down so didn’t have to send it back

Would have been great if they had of sent the right gear bottom trim which is the start of the job was the wrong size and I'd taken the bank holiday off work to do the shower. Bad bad bad.

A good service apart from the delivery. I live on my own on a third floor flat. The delivery crew wouldn't bring the products up to my front door and left them outside the block of flats. It tooke over half an hour to move the products into my flat and was concerned I had to leave items outside whilst I walked upstairs. I will not purchase items from this company again

My celling look amazing. Was very easy to fit vid on line was a big help only problem I had was did not send the right amount I ordered and when you did send the other missing one was damaged.

Delivery was fast and efficient. The panels were disappointing because they were difficult to fit because of warping. The installation took longer than using tiles. Having said that they looked good when finally installed.

I'm yet to fit our panels but am hopeful they live up to other peoples' reviews. Ordered 3 panels and they arrived as promised, following good communication from the company. The reason for the lower rating is that the driver explained that there had been a major leak at the warehouse and one of the panels packaging was affected. Briet inspection suggested the panel would be fine but once unpacked later on, there is a bit of damage. I'm hoping the affected piece can be waste as I will need to trim some. Still hopeful it will look ace once complete
