“Panel was damaged by delivery company however a replacement panel arrived relatively quickly.”

“Exactly what I wanted but the delivery charges were very steep. However it may possibly have been a company van rather than a courier.”

“The panels are very delicate and break very easily i wouldn't recommend them for a gym shower etc.”

“Overall am pleased with the product- the mdf the tongue and groove panelling is more brittle than expected/not as solid as the taller sheets so was a bit disappointed in the quality. Frustrating that they promise a call in advance for delivery but it is just announced late at night via text with no option to amend/delay”

“boarding superb, but silver trims are poor as condensation in the bathroom gets under coating turning it white. That is why I have oredered another length. Let`s hope that it doesn`t happen again”

“Delivery in time but 2 of six pannel was damaged. Corners are delivered different then ordered. Its takes long time to deliver replacement of damaged panels.”

“The panels are good enough but not the quality they used to be. I ordered some in 2024 and ordered more, using the same link, in 2025 and the quality is noticeably different. There is less wood grain effect on the new ones and there is a slight but noticeable colour difference. Which is frustrating as the newly ordered ones are next to my older ones.”

“The products where perfect, delivery on the other hand... £250 per panel, 4 panels £1,000 and they didnt even come wrapped up! £50 panels come fully wrapped in cardboard...”

“I only ordered a sample. There’s nothing wrong with it at all, it was good quality, the panel's would be very inexpensive compared to the ones you buy from the tile shop which are exactly the same thing but 5 times the price!! They’re just not what I was looking for. But overall nothing wrong with them, it comes down to personal choice.”

“the panels were perfect,however the delivery time was a nightmare.2-3 working days turned into almost 2 weeks.had to leave job for a week.not happy about that.”

“1st lot of trims were aluminium 2nd order they were plastic and the chrome came of after fitting There was no choice of the aluminium or plastic in the menu”

“Shop staff very helpful, the panels are spot on. Downside had to wait 7 days for delivery( items were in stock). No phone call when delivered, left outside in the rain. We have a ring door bell, it wasn't even rang. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating.”
