“When ordered, the order said it would be delivered within 5 days. Got a messaged the next day saying it would be over 14 days. Which i accepted, so got a new date, on the date of delivery, I got a text, saying items are not being delivered but will reschedule for next couple days. Well, it was nearly another 2 weeks I was to wait, so I had enough, and cancelled order.. so be wary when you place order, as the timescale is not true.”

Good Morning, Thank you for the feedback. We have recently experienced very high order volume and unfortunately this has delayed deliveries. Warehouses do send a email to let you know of this delay, as you mention, but I am sorry that your order was then delayed further. “two of three panels were damaged. they said they would arrange a pick up or replacement of these and they never did. avoid.”

“I bought the plastic skirting, it was great. tall enough to cover the marks of the removed stuff. Delivery was easy had to wait a week I think but was kept well informed.”

“Panels were deliverd very quickly with great care. Driver was super helpful and firendly. Would have no issues buying from The Panel Company again. Recommended. They are going to look great when my fitter pulls his finger out!!”

“Originally told panels would be delivered to your depot on 2 December. Paid for goods when ordered. 2 December I rang Birtley depot, to be told they're being delivered to another depot and wouldn't be at Birtley until 9 December 🤷🏻‍♂️ we'll see!”

“During my bathroom renovation I wanted a maintenance free solution to cover the 70's stippled ceiling so I used the Matt white 8mm boards. They are great quality, very easy to install and look superb.”

“Very well selected stock at affordable prices. I was delighted with the seasonal fantastic reductions. However, as they do not deliver to the Channel Islands, the Sale did not benefit me much having to pay for a carrier company to deliver it. All the same, I am pleased with the cladding and look forward to see it in place, albeit having to wait longer and hoping it will arrive safely.”
