“Fantastic beautiful shower panels that are stronger than I imagined. Brilliant service from start to finish. After the panels were delivered found one of them had a scratch so called them and it was sorted no problem sent out a replacement the next day and to my surprise a little bonus too. I’ve been doing an en-suite for my daughter so have been dealing with a couple of companies I haven’t done business with before and mentioning no names one of them has been a nightmare but “The panel company” really stands out as one to do business with. Excellent products and excellent customer service *****”

“Panels were delivered quite quickly. They were well protected and I think I actually received one more than I paid for. I used the panels on a ceiling and was surprised that the recommendation was to fix wooden battens to the ceiling first. This would have made it a much bigger job so I attached them directly to the ceiling using adhesive and small nails. Worked fine but fixing around lights and ceiling switches was challenging. Looks really good. The panels are very fragile and it is easy to accidentally damage them while handling.”

“Very easy to install and easy to cut.I was 3 panels short for a room and ordered them but I did not realise that it would be a different shade of white but it was too late as I had already cut to size. My fault,just be aware to measure properly as you might not get the same shade of the same item if you have to reorder. But apart from that it looks really good.”

“Very happy with the panels purchased for our bathroom - shower looks fab. Customer service was amazing too, a friendly and very helpful team happy to answer any questions I had regarding installing panels. I was kept up to date on delivery, they delivered on time and driver helpful and courteous (they use their own drivers not courier). Definitely recommend this company.”

“I ordered some ceiling panels and trim,they came within 2 days,superb service.Just wish i had ordered my shower panels at the same time.I ordered them off another supplier,delivered 5/10 working days,still not got them after 5 weeks!!! All in all,The Panel Company is superb.”

“Superb service. On the day of delivery I had regular updates on progress. When the delivery van was within 20 mins they called to let me know they were close to arriving. The items were well packed and the quality is great. Panels are easy to cut and assemble too. Thoroughly recommended.”

“Ordered items that were delivered quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately one of the packages was damaged and therefore rejected. The Panel company were brilliant, they acknowledged the problem and arranged a delivery of replacements. The next day I was contacted on email by the courier informing me that the replacement package would be delivered that day. I waited in for the delivery, but nothing turned up. The next day I received another email from the courier, again stating that the package would be delivered that day. Once again nothing happened even though I waited in all day again. This being Friday, there was no delivery on Saturday or Sunday. On the Monday I spoke to The Panel Company and they checked the couriers web site which said the package would be delivered before 12am. It wasn't, in fact it did not arrive at any time that day. Speaking again with The Panel Company, they arranged for a delivery by their own driver, and gave me a date. This arrived in perfect condition at the time specified. The Panel Company are excellent, they are professional and efficient, and I would not hesitate to order from them again. The only stipulation I would make is that they do not use Tuffnells courier service under any circumstances.”

“Brilliant customer service I had a problem with my order, my fault but they still helped in any way they could and was fast at responding to me. They really went out of their way to help me in any way they could. Product is good quality and they are really nice just as pictured... Make sure you order panels in one go as they have different batch numbers”

“Had two deliveries, one where panels were individually packaged in cardboard and wrapped internally , second was a bare panel which was left outside with no protection! Finish on ends of the panels ranges from ok to awful, worth checking them before you accept them”
