“Quick and good customer service. They said that they would advise a time slot for delivery the day before - I didn't get that just a call from the driver that he was on site with no one to take the delivery! Driver left the product in a safe place so no real complaint. On checking the product I could see that the wrong colour silicone had been delivered. I contacted Panel Company who looked into this and advised that they had refunded the product in question and this was within the hour. Which is good however I now need to source new products which is an unnecessary waste of time. However this would not put me off using them again.”

“Very pleased with the shower panels ordered from the panel company. They are good quality pvc high gloss panels and arrived in perfect condition. I chose panel company because they deliver themselves so guarantee no issues unlike other companies who use couriers. Also the price I paid for each panel was fantastic compared to other online stores. My order was delivered quickly and customer service was able to tell me in advance the delivery date. I highly recommend purchasing from them direct instead of buying from major retailers who charge way too much for same products”

“Delivery was fast and efficient. The panels were disappointing because they were difficult to fit because of warping. The installation took longer than using tiles. Having said that they looked good when finally installed.”

“overall good the telephone customer service was excellent when I rang with a question shortly just after ordering, the delivery driver pleasant and helpful, my only criticism was the was lack of communications 16 days after my order with no communications I E mailed to chase it up as they say between 7- 10 days for delivery, no reply to my E mail but the panels did turn up the next day would have been nice if they e mailed to say they were coming (lucky I was in)”

“You measure the service of a company on how they react when things go wrong. Panels damaged on original delivery. Contacted company. EXCELLENT RESPONSE. Replacements sent very quickly Many thanks. Will be using you again and recommend your products/ service to anyone needing panels at good price”

“Placed the order and heard nothing until I get a text on Friday saying delivery is Sunday. Emailed to say we are away message is Sunday or don't know when!! Had to cancel trip :-(”
