“Very helpful throughout,delivered on time, gave measurements when ordered, they asked what windows and doors were in the room so they worked out what trims were needed . Excellent service”

“I'm yet to fit our panels but am hopeful they live up to other peoples' reviews. Ordered 3 panels and they arrived as promised, following good communication from the company. The reason for the lower rating is that the driver explained that there had been a major leak at the warehouse and one of the panels packaging was affected. Briet inspection suggested the panel would be fine but once unpacked later on, there is a bit of damage. I'm hoping the affected piece can be waste as I will need to trim some. Still hopeful it will look ace once complete”

“Not to bore you but I live absolutely miles away and I ordered 5 panels then realised I needed 6 that was no problem to this company. I then preceeded to cut one wrong totally my fault but to this company it was no problem and for a small charge send me just one panel name another company that would do that , finished now and well pleased.”

“|I'm based in Scotland and dealt with the Durham depot, superb customer service. Made a mistake by only delivering part of my order but when I contacted them they organised a special delivery the following day, fantastic. I purchased wall panels and flooring which I'm delighted with. Because the service was so good I decided to buy more. They take a bit longer to deliver but tell you that from the beginning, this is due to them using their own drivers. All in all, a great company to deal with.”

“I have ordered twice from this company and both times they called me a week before ( yes it took a week to deliver my order) the delivery date to confirm my order and delivery day and both times only half the order arrived. If you are a serious trades person and want your materials for a job to all arrive on time then don’t bother with this company, they will let you down.”

Hi Andre - I do apologise that you have had bad experiences on both occasions you have placed an order with us, this is not the customer service we strive for and we have fell short in your case, I have addressed this with the depot and someone will be in touch with you shortly. Just to touch on the point where you have mentioned about our delivery service taking a week - we do advise that delivery can take up to 4-7 working days, this is also mentioned in every single confirmation email once and order has been placed. The reason why delivery can take up to 4-7 working days is down to the fact that we deliver all of our customers orders on our own fleet of vans to avoid damages & missing parcels that come with shipping out via courier service.
