“Gaz at Bristol branch has been fantastic this morning in sorting out our delivery to get it to us in super quick time as it was required urgently. Brilliant customer service and excellent communication. Honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you very much Gaz”

“Delivery was longer than expected but I was kept up to date. One panel was damaged but I was promptly refunded thanks to Allan who sorted it out quickly. Credit to him. I needed another panel that came much quicker. The biggest issue has been with the pvc chrome trims. When peeling off the protective film the chrome film comes off with it. The quality isn't very good wish id spent more and got metal trim. Otherwise would be 5 stars.”

“We ordered 6 panels in October then later was told they had none in but would be getting some ,l asked if the Huddersfield branch had any ,and was told to contact them,they told me they was getting 500 in and would send my order down to Rotherham but have still not heard anything but when we had our bathroom done by Duncan Wilson he made a brilliant job and those delivery was spot on”
