“The panels arrived on the day advised and we received extra which we were very grateful for as we were unsure how easy they would be to fit .. We need not have worried as it was quick and simple and they look really good .. We are so pleased with our purchase.”

“Order to delivery for two orders 48/72 hours. Product installation for wall and ceiling panels was very tidy and quick.....no tiles ever again. Value for money for sure! Only time will tell but from order to installation EXCELLENT.... 👍”

“Bought panels on the 27th Feb its 15th March and still no delivery and still no contact. I have phoned them twice and sent emails with no response avoid this outfit.”

“I ordered sparkle panels for the shower, on line, which was so very easy. Once up they looked so good i decided to do the rest of the bathroom with the same said panels and wow what a result. It has completely transformed my tired old fashioned bathroom into a luxury room fit for royalty. The 10mm panels are of excellent quality. Was well informed of delivery date and time and on arrival the panels were well packed. I am so pleased with this company and their products that i am now saving up to make over my downstairs bathroom. Thank you.”

“Brilliant shopping experience at the Rotherham depot. The staff, Laura and Nick, could not have been more helpful. Very friendly, attentive and knowledgable. Laura provided excellent advice, and lots of samples to match up with different products to help us choose the right colours and textures. Nick was really helpful with an impulse purchase of a beautiful bathroom sink! We manged to buy everything we needed for two rooms in one, easy and effortless visit. We will certainly be going back. Highly recommended.”

“Visited the Bristol showroom, excellent display of vareius panels, inc joins, vareous finishes, and trims. Panels arrived today, 2 1/2 weeks after ordering. Haven't taken out of packaging yet, but all seems good. Only problem so far was the 3hrs notice of delivery. Managed to get my wife to take del, but don't think this was acceptable. They need to be giving at least 24 hrs notice, ideally 48hrs.”

“I have just recently used the panel company and must say they were top notch and get 5 stars from me. Very helpful when speaking to Patricia when I never checked the delivery and found one small item missing. You must check your items upon delivery as you only have 24hrs to rectify which is fair enough. The quality of the panels is very good and very reasonably priced. They have a very good showroom in Bristol which was easy to find”

“Really easy to order. The free samples made it simple to understand the product quality. Delivery was faster than stated and again, no difficulties. I've never installed these before but the videos gave me confidence and I've ended up with a great installation which was actually much easier than I expected. Good product, great service and I'd be happy to use this again in the future.”

“So far I am not impressed at all. I haven't ordered from shower panels before. So far I've been charged £15 shipping when it should have been free. After 10 days of no communication they ignored 2 emails questioning the shipping charge. On calling them I have been told the delivery is scheduled for this Monday, luckily the chap read out the postcode as this was completely wrong, so would never have got to me. Incidentally the postcode was correct on the order, just not the delivery address. I have no confirmation of the delivery as described in their delivery terms. Really poor and I am not likely to reorder panels from this firm again based on this experience. The £15 was refunded promptly after I called on the phone, but no apology given for ignoring the 2 emails.”
