“Ordered four samples. What arrived was very good but unfortunately the package was split open and one sample was missing”

“Very simple ordering process and arrived quickly. Very helpful driver. The panels look incredible and much more expensive than they actually are. We wanted an inexpensive 'makeover' so we completely dismantled the entire shower wallsand frame which were old fashioned aluminium and I sprayed them with two coats of primer and then 3 coats of black. We placed the panels directly over the old tiles with no problem whatsoever which saved so much time removing them. My only gripe would be that when ordering anything online, you need as much advice as possible as you cannot see colours properly. I ordered the white corner joint because I thought the panels looked quite white. Big mistake. It stood out like a sore thumb. We have since covered it so it is black now and it looks infinately better. An advisory on the website of which colour corners/end pieces etc go best with each panel would be very helpful (and probably avoid less returns). It is for this reason only that I have given 4 stars but we will definately order these again. Thank you Panel Company.”

“We are very pleased with our shower panels. The delivery was well managed and our fitter found the panels of good quality and straightforward to fit. We were able to use some of the offcuts to use as a splashback to the basin which finishes off the whole look of the bathroom very nicely.”

“Great products at great prices. Great tutorials. Responded really well to an urgent change. Great result with pvc panels V tiles. Only gripe is a communication gap between order confirmation and delivery. Other than that they were brilliant in responding to order changes and progress regard confirmation.”

“Supplies are 1st class however my only useful comment would be for advice of delivery must be the PREVIOUS day or earlier and not 06:30 on the day of delivery by text because if I was still working I would have left for work by 06:00 and some times even earlier.”

“PLEASE DISREGARD MY PREVIOUS REVIEW. I found the nozzles behind a flap in the side of the box. However delivery was at the very end of their stated time-frames, not quick.”

“Panels seem really good but came with lots of mark on them a 1 panel had 2 big foot prints across scratching the wood veneer obviously this is not the fault of the panel company as they only distribute the panels”

“Great product and great service.I think the new delivery vehicle tracking is very helpful .The one small negative is the lack of updates from order to dispatch .It would be nice to know if the items are in stock (or not ) and a predicted dispatch .”

“Ordered 4 shower panels along with the necessary fixings. etc. The exercise was very easy and the delivery arrived on the date that was agreed. All items were delivered by their own vehicle, well wrapped and without any damage that I can see. Still to install, so will write another review covering that. As far as the company goes, there was no problems, good communation, good price. Will definately use again.”
