“We love the product Cutting with a multi tool very easy. Lots off helpful videos on you tube. The only thing we dislike is the edge top and bottom being a bit crinkly had to trim off as we personally didn't like it. The staff are very good and extremely helpful with any questions. We needed an extra panel which we ordered a couple of weeks later and were told if when it came we were not happy with colour match, they would give us a total refund not many companies would do that. After you order they give you the option to add or delete any items. Delivery was excellent with day times and updates.”

We're sorry to hear that the delivery time was longer than you anticipated - The reason why our delivery can take up to 5-10 working days to arrive is down to the fact that 98% of deliveries are completed with our own fleet, which highly reduces the risk of damages and missing parcels that come with shipping out via courier service. “Good price for shower panels. Delivered as promised with good communication from delivery team. The only negative is that phone lines always go to voicemail with no response to messages.”

“Further to my previous review, the company got straight in touch to explain that my order had gone missing between IT systems. They were very apologetic and have fast tracked delivery for tomorrow- all good in the end, thank you very much”

“Overall a satisfactory result. After ordering the panels I got my order email and then waited for delivery info, 10 days later still not heard anything. I rang customer service and they told me I would be getting them, what day, date and time. That was fine, I received a back up email and a text nearer the time BUT I shouldn’t have had to chase them up. They arrived when specified , on time and in perfect condition.”

“This is my fifth order from the panel company, and apart from a new driver being unable to locate my address (which is hard to find at the best of times) the service I have received has been exemplary, and as a builder I will certainly be using the product's from this company in future”

“All good in general. However panels come in packs of 4 and i had 3 left over. These were not paid for but one hell of a waste as they'll be thrown away.”

“Visited the Bristol showroom, excellent display of vareius panels, inc joins, vareous finishes, and trims. Panels arrived today, 2 1/2 weeks after ordering. Haven't taken out of packaging yet, but all seems good. Only problem so far was the 3hrs notice of delivery. Managed to get my wife to take del, but don't think this was acceptable. They need to be giving at least 24 hrs notice, ideally 48hrs.”

“Great panels, easy to install and looks great. Ordered on the Sunday but got no update on delivery, got a tracking number but it would not give me any info so I sent an email to the panel company and got on reply so on the Friday I went out to find it was being delivered. No update and no info so not inpressed with the communication.”

“Very pleased with panels, but you need a lot of adhesive- cost almost as much in adhesive as the panels themselves ! Excellent delivery and my en-suite looks great!!!”

Hi Lin - Pleased you were happy with the panels received, when it comes to the adhesives we always recommend x2 tubes of adhesive per 1 metre wide coverage, if walls are un-even we would always recommend more to compensate for the irregularities on the wall surface. The Panel Company
