“Initially they took a long time to get the order out to me but when they did the service was exemplary. The driver broke down so the delivery was late, to start with the tracking was a bit confusing but when we were the next delivery the tracking was truly amazing. Real time tracking ment that we could get to our gate before the driver arrived and open up for him. Just excellent.”

“Easy to order items and delivered within dates stated. Only negative was the shower panels were not exactly like the sample we received and they did not have the black trims that we wanted, however their communication was good and items were good value for money.”

“The panels were gerat however delivery was slower than what they advertised. They had stock but not enough stock of the same batch of the item, I do appreciate they dont send me panels in different colours however they did not communicate this to me - I had to call and find out. When I called they put me on the fastest delivery possible when they receive new batch but still that was a few days later than originally expected when I bought it.”

“As I was in the area, I chose to pick up in person rather than pay the shipping, which would have added a hefty chunk to the cost of what was a very small order. However, with only four outlets (London, Bristol, Rotherham & Gateshead), that's not an option for many people. Called beforehand to check the items were in stock. Nice guys, very easy to access the outlet and collect. Product was good quality, reasonably priced and installed well.”

“Panel Company offered a good service, I was pleased overall. The only improvement I would suggest is the Bristol Warehouse could have sent us an update earlier with the estimated delivery date, as I did have to call the warehouse directly to chase delivery date.”

“The staff very helpful. Products very good and look great on my walls . Delivery ok but you may have to wait up to a week to deliver. Evan if it’s in stock ? So think this should improve. Other wise very satisfied”

“I loved the white arctic sparkle design, unfortunately two out of the your panels were damaged. Fortunately my builder managed to salvage the two damaged ones, otherwise the job would have had to be delayed which would have been unacceptable.”

“We brought blue brick effect board which looked very effective. However unless you are installing them on full walls you need to ensure boards are matched up before cutting. I would not recommend them for busy areas were they can be knocked as they can be easily cracked.”

“Only a suggestion, maybe design a cardboard packaging for sending your samples out? Even charging £1 for up to 4 samples + P&P is better than, like in my case, having two lots sent out due to your plastic bag splitting twice!”

“Good and timely service. Delivery time was nice with arrival updates. Pity, the branch I dealt with did not have my prefered item in stock and hence ended up buy a more expensive panel. Otherwise shall certainly buy from this firm again !”
