“All areas were good..delivery just seemed to be a while,about a week..but delivery & tracking were great..driver was friendly,& bought into the house ..products look great..but still waiting to install”

“some of the panels were damaged, one looked like it had been dropped or damaged as they'd been taken off the van. the other had a small slit in, but not visible on a photo. luckily we'd ordered plenty to cover these, the slit one although it was in the centre widthways, it was towards the end of the panel and the damaged one we had to work around as didn't want to wait. Didn't report as we were waiting to see if we could manage, which we did, so no harm done, you just need to be aware.”

Hi Jill, Thank you for your thoughtful review! We truly appreciate your understanding regarding the damaged panel, but this is not something we ever want a customer to work around. I have refunded one of the shower panels. In these rare cases where panels are damaged upon delivery we will always replace them, but i understand you were able to work round them. “I recently purchased two black slatted wall panels and I’m really pleased with them. The quality is excellent, they look great in place, and the whole ordering process was straightforward. Delivery was on time and the driver was very pleasant and professional, which made the experience even better. Overall, a smooth purchase from start to finish. Would happily order again.”

“Panels look good on the wall My only negative is how the wood slats are attached with staples so not fully attached to the felt backing the whole length of the slats”

“Really good for price and look great. All the trims are smart and fit well. Only downside was one of the panels I bought had a small hole in it. As it was a black panel I couldn’t see it until after everything was installed in place”

“Delivered in perfect condition although lengths of wood are only stapled every so often so if you need a thin row off acoustic board for above a window say, the wood will come detached from the acoustic material. Because of this, you have to cut where the staples are causing quite a bit of wastage.”

“Good Communication if you have any issues is excellent, the customer service team are excellent Not so good Delivery date commitments and communication, delivery lead times are vague. You get told your delivery has been assigned to a depot and then you just have to wait for an unconfirmed amount of days for shipping confirmation so don't plan your projects around the 2-7 days lead time. And if you're ordering ceiling panels only order them in multiples of 4, that's the pack size from the supplier. Outside of the multiples of 4 are unpacked and badly packed & shipped which causes marks and damage.”

“Prompt delivery. Good service. One ceiling panel had a dent in it. One of the edging strips was split. We managed to cut the damaged bits out. More care needs to be taken in packaging and quality control. Otherwise this was a great product.”
