“Absolutely fantastic customer service! Sales team advised that I ordered trims that didn't actually match my chosen panels and didn't need them as panels did not require trims. Subsequently refunded these items. Remainder of order processed and delivered rapidly. The sales team went above and beyond any expectations.”

“Very happy with the wall panels I orderd: Stone Grey Marble - they look fabulous 👌 My only slight complaint is that I specifically asked for the panels not to be delivered by a certain date as I was away on holiday. However, despite calling & it being noted on my order, this instruction was ignored and they arrived a day earlier than I had wanted. That said, I found the staff I spoke to re my order, incredibly helpful, polite & friendly, as was the delivery driver. Overal I am very pleased with my purchase & would definitely recommend The Panel Company ⭐️”
