“Unfortunately, my experience with the company has been very disappointing. I placed an order for panels online on Friday, with delivery scheduled for the following Tuesday, which was confirmed by a member of staff at the branch. However, the delivery never arrived. When I contacted the company, I was told by someone from the delivery team that the delivery could not have been scheduled that early and was instead booked for the following Wednesday. On the day of the revised delivery, I received tracking information in the morning and took time off work to be available. Despite this, I was given a constantly changing delivery window of approximately two hours. Then, just 15 minutes before the expected delivery time, I received a notification that the delivery had been cancelled. When I called again, I spoke to Claire from the delivery team, who informed me that one of the items was out of stock and, upon realising this, they cancelled the delivery entirely. This was extremely frustrating, especially as I had been waiting all morning. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund, the call was abruptly ended. I called back and spoke to another member of staff at the store, who was much more helpful. She agreed to arrange the refund and asked me to reply to her email with details of my experience so a formal complaint could be raised. Overall, the experience has been very poor. While the showroom staff were helpful and customer-focused, the delivery team’s lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable.”

“Ordered 5 panels from this company, one of the panels arrived unwrapped and is a noticeably lighter shade than the other four, which all match. As the full order was for the same Black Oak finish, I expected all panels to be consistent in colour. I am still waiting for a replacement panel after contacting customer support already. . Also, driver didn’t follow address details correctly so went to a different location so had to help direct him over the phone to my address which was already correct at time of order.”

“Didn't receive my first sample order. Then received the 2nd lot of samples which were not the ones I ordered. Far enough they sent bk my money, but wasted 2 weeks, so went elsewhere”

“The quality and price cannot be questioned - The delivery driver was exceptional and extremely helpful. I have one criticism and that is why it should take the maximum stated time to deliver . On both occasions the delivery took 12 days to arrive.”

“I purchased panels over the Easter weekend at a great price, but then heard nothing for about a week. When I called, I was told delivery would be on Wednesday. Both the company and their courier confirmed this the day before and again on the day. I waited in all day Wednesday for the delivery. At around 4:15pm, I called for an update and was told the van had broken down and delivery would now be sometime Thursday. As I had already rearranged everything to wait in on Wednesday, moving my plans to Thursday and Friday, I explained I would not be able to wait in again on those days and cancelled the order. Despite this, the courier attempted delivery on Thursday after 4pm. I refused it and explained the order had been cancelled and I had sourced panels from a nearby store. The same happened again on Friday with a different driver, and once more on Monday, this time with the panels and packaging visibly damaged. I refused delivery each time and asked for them to be returned. Throughout, the panel company were very helpful and clearly as frustrated as I was. They assured me they had repeatedly contacted the courier by phone and email, but were being ignored. I ultimately told the panel company I would not purchase from them again while this courier is used for deliveries.”

“What a great customer experience, the website was very informative and we ordered a sample which arrived quickly. Placing the order was easy and it was delivered in a timely manner, the inhouse delivery driver was very friendly and offered advice on fitting the panels. Also just to say the pricing is very competitive and the quality of panels (we had acoustic panels) is first class.”
