“I purchased a sample that cost me £10 on the understanding it would be white when in fact it was almost beige in colour, so that was 10 pound wasted and got put in the bin. If it was was white the quality of the sample was good, just don't advertise as white when it isn't, I wonder how many people have been caught out like this.”

“Great company staff helpful only problem i had was website said 4 to 7 days for delivery but then email said 1st may which was 3 weeks later but a quick phone call and swapped to express delivery i got it 2 days later so in all a great company to buy from i recommed to buy from”

“What a great purchase. We bought some acoustic panels and some abstract white panels. Both were easy to purchase up and they look absolutely great. Friends and family have commented on how great it looks. The service and support from the sales team were great. Would highly recommend and dare I say it, if I have any more rooms that need doing I know where I will be going. Thank you all 😀”

“This company is brilliant. Great products. I got some acoustic panels really pleased with them. Joiner made wardrobe doors using these. They look fab. Delivery staff and customer support really polite and helpful. It was a refreshing to change to buy something and be pleased with it- end to end.”

“Unfortunately, my experience with the company has been very disappointing. I placed an order for panels online on Friday, with delivery scheduled for the following Tuesday, which was confirmed by a member of staff at the branch. However, the delivery never arrived. When I contacted the company, I was told by someone from the delivery team that the delivery could not have been scheduled that early and was instead booked for the following Wednesday. On the day of the revised delivery, I received tracking information in the morning and took time off work to be available. Despite this, I was given a constantly changing delivery window of approximately two hours. Then, just 15 minutes before the expected delivery time, I received a notification that the delivery had been cancelled. When I called again, I spoke to Claire from the delivery team, who informed me that one of the items was out of stock and, upon realising this, they cancelled the delivery entirely. This was extremely frustrating, especially as I had been waiting all morning. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund, the call was abruptly ended. I called back and spoke to another member of staff at the store, who was much more helpful. She agreed to arrange the refund and asked me to reply to her email with details of my experience so a formal complaint could be raised. Overall, the experience has been very poor. While the showroom staff were helpful and customer-focused, the delivery team’s lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable.”
