“I made 3 purchases from the panel company. All 3 had complications, damages and colour issues. Although they offered me a 5% discount on a new order. I wasn't that impressed with the customer service. One to ensure they sent me the right colour. They could have checked my previous order. Then the damages could have been avoided with better packaging! So my overall experience has not been that great. Would I buy again I have to be honest. No!”

“Superb range of panels, most of which are on display, with a large area of panel to appreciate the full pattern/appearance. Helpful staff and great service. Delivery was superb in just 5 days. Picture shows panels half installed. We love the product, company and it's people, thank you.”

“The gentleman at the store was very helpful and informative, answered all my questions I had about choosing the right design/colour for my bathroom . I ordered over the phone and the lady was also very helpful advising on the trims . They delivered for free and the people that delivered them brought them in and put them flat in the dining room till they got fitted .”

“I am very pleased with my purchase of 6 slat wall boards. They were professionally delivered in packs of 2. Undamaged and all with matching manufacturing codes. I used drywall black screws to fix to existing wood wall plus some headless nails via a air nail gun where the finish would not be seen. Not sure what the slats are made of, but they are the same colour all the way through, which is good if you need to cut them. The acoustic backing is good and easy to cut. Would buy again.”

“I researched a number of suppliers and with TPC I had seen some adverse reviews about mixed batches, deliver damage and the follow up to those concerns. My ceiling height is 2.5m and wasn’t sure about how to work around that. In the end I used edge trim across the top of the panels. As my ceiling isn’t level I would have had to trim each panel individually anyway even if I could get taller panels. It worked out and looks better (pic below). Straight cuts, cut outs for shelf insets and hole cuts for plumbing was also easy for a first timer like me. I put those aside and I’m very pleased with the product and service.”

“Delivery was a bit slow but once the panels arrived. They were easy to cut and easy to fit. The bathroom is not complete yet so not able to assess how well they hold up after lots of use. They do however look good and will hopefully be easier to maintain than tile’s.”
