“In my opinion the sign of a good company is how they deal with problems. My delivery had a few damaged panels and when I contacted them they replaced these panel swiftly and without any hassle. Good service and reasonable prices.”

“This is the second time I’ve used the Panel Company. The first time there were no issues. This time the items arrived incomplete and damaged. There was no fuss in replacing the items and they were sent out without delay. I would therefore recommend them. They do use Yodel for delivery though, which is awful in terms of communication and service, and I have dropped a star for this.”

To get your replacement to you as quickly as possible, we used Yodel instead of our usual delivery drivers. This is because orders take up to 7 working days when we use our own fleet of vans. “Promise Oder being delivered tues morning early !! Then on the Monday they ring to say they have not even got panels !! Very bad way to run a business!! To tell lies!! Then you have to wait 19 days for refund !!”

“A*** Honestly great company helped me out as much as they could and delivery driver was amazing! As for the panels, the sample we go we though yeah that will do we like it but don't love it…. The panels have turned up and wow!!! They are amazing and stunning!! So if you get a sample and think yeah its okay… the whole panel will blow you away Well done to the whole team at the panel company from office to packing to driver!”
