“These panels are great, delivery excellant, interestingly my son inadvertently drove his front tyre (Ford fiesta) fully onto the two panels in their cardboard, Which were laid on my drive, no damage ! So pretty durable I’d say !”

“Very good quality panels. Had a problem with my original order when the delivery company damaged the items. I rang customer care and they refunded me my express delivery charge and brought me new panels in their own van.”

“Firstly the main attraction was the good variety of finishes at an affordable price. Delivery was prompt and on my request they were able to bring the delivery forward by two days. It was a pleasant surpise to have extremely accurate 'last mile' tracking on the delivery giving me high confidence when the delivery would arrive. Even more pleasing was that the van was a "The Panel Company" van with a local to Bristol driver as opposed to some non-descript white van with drivers who had no affinity with the product they were carrying. The driver was polite and efficient. The 5 panels were well packed. Fitting the panels was a little harder than I anticpated for two reasons; they are quite heavy and it turned out to be a two man job to ensure no measurement and fitting errors occured. Cutting the panel was straight forward but... (see later) using a circular saw and knife for cutting the felt. The 'but' is that these panels use staples to hold the slats to the felt and if as most people would need you have to cut them down, for best results additonal staples are required to fix the slats close to the new cut line. This requirement is not highlighted in the instructions that this may need to be done and is in effect essential. Luckily I posses an industrial stapler and got through a mountain of stables to ensure good results. I suggest the slats should be glued as well as stabled. Cutting around sockets was not a problem providing you have a jig saw and remember to restaple the slats! A few screws and Pink Grip Fix secured the panesl well. Overall my expecataitons of The Panel Company were met and all in all very happy with the final results.”
