“I ordered on line and it said it would be 4 to 5 days and I would recieve 24 hours notice .3 days later I recieved a message at around 6 am to say the would arrive that day at 9 p.m I was in work so had to wait and give up when they had not arrived by 9.30 .Aneubour took them in saying they arrived after 10 am .I will not be recommending your company as I lost 2 hours pay for nothing”

Good Afternoon, We do apologise for any inconvenience caused. Looking at your order, a text message was sent to a landline number the day before delivery and this would have offered advance notice. We operate an automated delivery notification system from the time of the last delivery and in this instance it didnt calculate your delivery window accurately as your order was delivered at 09:53 Our customer delivery experience is very important to us and I have relayed the issues you experienced to the relevant distribution hub.

“The price and quality of the panels are very good delivery time is good but don't expect to have them delivered to you door if you live in a flat.I live one up ( twelve stairs to climb to my door ) the van only has one man so he wont deliver them up the stairs. Have never had to return anything always in good condition.”

“This is the 3rd order I’ve placed as yet. Great delivery service etc on the whole. Panels received in good condition. However the internal and external corner trims are very quality poor this time. Good job I ordered an extra one as had to use it! The “Chrome” effect “tape” kept coming off and had to be glued back on at cut ends. Seemed very poor quality compared to the last ones I used. Would maybe think twice on next order. A bit disappointing for this order as not had problems with items on previous orders.”

“The order was prompt, exactly what I expected other than the fact that the quality was superb and outstanding value for money. “When I placed my order online it quoted the order timings including the delivery date 26-28/09/23. When I had heard nothing on these dates I called & was told they couldn’t give me a delivery date until the panels were in stock & they didn’t know when that would be as it was a special order. I didn’t know it was a special order & if I had I would’ve chosen a different product or shopped elsewhere as my kitchen fitter was waiting for the panels to finish the job. I have emailed & called again & was told a delivery date (nothing confirming by email or anything) but I will wait & see what happens! When ordering I would suggest calling first to check what you want is in stock and confirm a delivery date - if they will give you one!”
