“I originally wanted grey plastic trims to match the panel colour, but these were not available from the supplier. Before ordering the aluminium trim, I checked with the company that the trim was a watertight fit on the panels. They said it was, but sealant could be used as a precaution. In fact, the trims are a very loose fit on the panels, certainly not watertight. They require a great deal of sealant to ensure a watertight fit. Had I known this I would have bought everything local. The panels arrived as scheduled, undamaged and well packed.”

“Price was second to none, end product has been a very nice finished bathroom. Was able to make adjustments to order up until dispatch. Delivery was a little slow but delivery driver from Bristol branch was exceedingly friendly and helpful during delivery. Great company, would not hesitate to use again”

“Unfortunately my review is not positive. I received my 7 panels last week 5 of the 7 were damaged. They had been brought most of the way by panel Company but final leg by a courier. The panels are wrapped in one cardboard sheet, the corners and the edges have no Protection, hence why they are damaged. They are exactly what I want but damaged.”

Hi Cheryl - We deliver all of our orders using our own fleet of vans - I can see that we successfully delivered your order on our own van to the delivery address that you had provided on completion of your order. We don't package our panels up for couriers as we don't send out via courier service, and this is not required for us as our drivers are trained specifically in the handling of our goods. Just to be clear the third party courier carriage you had arranged separately to get your goods to the Isle of Wight has damaged your panels, this is not a result or a reflection on our service. “Ordered light grey angus ultimo boards after buying suitable samples to compare. Didnt open the packaging until we were ready to start the works only to find the boards sent were a beige colour, but by that time we were under pressure to complete the job so had to use them but not the colour we wanted. Apart from that went together quite well.”

Hi Patrick - Apologies about your experience with the panels, we do stipulate the following in the samples cover letter & follow up email > 'Samples received may differ in tone and shade from the panels you receive in your main order, this is due to all panels being manufactured in different batches'. Hi Vaidas - I have been in touch with the depot where this consignment came out from and you were in fact sent the right panel, just because you didn't like the panel does not mean that we sent you the wrong panel, we always strongly advise our customers to order samples prior to purchase to ensure complete satisfaction. I believe the depot have since been in touch with you to resolve this issue and deducted the collection charge for you, and will be bringing you some samples too.
