“OK, but not great. The slats themselves are made from MDF and have a very thin layer of wood effect veneer that can easily been damaged or chipped. The slats are also stapled onto the backing foam every 12inches. This means when you cut the boards to size, the slats come away from the foam requiring glue to fix them back. If your using them for a basic and blank wall that requires little cutting then their ok but if you have alot of cutting to do for a bigger project, I'd personally avoid.”

“Ive used the panel Co for several projects now. Previously the courier used would damage the panels now with their own courier, they come in prefect order. This is a huge improvement and will buy again with confidence.”

Hi Jay, We’re sorry that our customer service team was unable to allocate an earlier delivery slot for your order and that you did not recieve a phone call. Our team has since been in touch via email to explain that while we couldn’t bring the date forward your order has been placed on standby in case an earlier delivery slot becomes available. Please note that our deliveries can take up to 7 days as we operate our own fleet of vans rather than using third-party couriers. This allows us to maintain greater control over the quality of service, though it does mean that delivery routes are planned in advance. “I recently purchased two black slatted wall panels and I’m really pleased with them. The quality is excellent, they look great in place, and the whole ordering process was straightforward. “The panels arrived and look fantastic, we were missing one of of the box, however a quick email was sent and the missing panel arrived within days. Now all painted and put on. They look fantastic, the quality is fantastic, easy to cut and the adhesive strips on the back are so strong that they don't budge when on. We've had so many compliments we are now going to put them in other rooms. Customer service was second to none.”
