“Lovely bed and very clever under bed drawers. Service was great only compliant I have is that the frame is supposed to be white it is more cream”

“The bed exceeded expectations in terms of look and quality build. It was, however, really complicated to put together due to how the bolts and other fittings work. The instructions were also insufficient. I say this as a person who has put together all manner of self-build wardrobes, kitchens, beds, etc so I can't imagine how much difficulty someone who isn't used to doing this sort of thing might have. Yes, the end result is great, but I had to take things apart multiple times to get it right.”

“We’re so happy with the beds! We had them made as small singles (2ft6 wide) and we couldn’t be happier with them. Really well made and solid. The customer service was also FANTASTIC.”

“Bed is excellent quality service from once excellent. Delivery . The bed arrived on two different days which wasn’t so good as we had got rid of our old bed bed but obviously that was the fault of Tuffnals . Overall very pleased with the bed”

“Found the website looking for beds in general. Liked what we saw and the prices were excellent as well. The site was very easy to navigate and to use. After sometime viewing several different beds and the options, we finally choose one. Ordered the bed online in the middle of April. Wait time due to it having to be made, was 10-12 weeks. Bed arrived 12 weeks later and was soon erected and ready for our first nights sleep. Construction was straightforward and relatively easy, but you do need two people to put it up. Just makes it a lot easier to do. Very sturdy and hopefully will last the rest of our lives. The whole process from start to finish was easy and communication via email, was also excellent. A great company to deal with and well recommended.”

“We bought a king bed for our summer house in the south of France. We received full support from the customer service to organise the delivery to our home and everything went very well. The bed is high quality and beautiful. We had to wait 8 weeks, but it really worth it. We put the bed in a dry-stone hut (called a Borie), very typical of this area of Provence.”

“All Black King Size Cast Iron Hamilton Solo Bed: Pros: Sales; Usual pleasant patter. Delivery; Arrow, Spot on. Price: Think it should be cheaper! Width & Length: Good Height; Choice of 2 Levels. Building Bed Frame; Almost 3 hrs from packaging to built. Optional to paint bed in your chosen colour; £89 (Promised me a small pot of same paint in case of any chipping) : Never received it! Albeit, mine came out deep grey instead of bluish black. Cons: Bed is Not remotely akin to Original Antique. I just got rid of my Broken Antique Cast Iron Double; 120 yrs old Black/Brass. Comparisons: My Old Bed: 4 Posts were thinner; more refind. Had Wheels on ends All Black Mouldings were deep carved and clear. The Head & Foot Boards were much heavier/solid 4 Egg Shaped Brass Finials Building it: Took 10 minutes; Hooking System. Original Bed Company Bed: Cast Iron: Far lighter in weight! Mouldings: Surface only; poor. Bed Posts: Awful! Far too thick/broad, Clumsy looking, just huge! Finials huge too. I screwed my old Antique Egg Shaped Brass Finial on instead of the Balls. My Antique Egg finials looked completely lost on these posts. Gutted! Wooden Slats: No choice; Arched only, not Flat. £200 to replace them too! No Side Rail hooking system: Instead, this bed has black brackets with large shiny silver, not black, screws, which can all be seen if not hidden by a duvet! The footboard and headboard have to have centre metal rods put through them to strengthen the foot and head boards. Unusual! I think that's about it! Mainly Just gutted at being told it was akin to an original when nothing really like it at all! If the 4 Posts were made slimmer it would improve the overall appearance of the bed for sure! Sadly, a Great Disappointment!”

“We ordered a bed frame and were really impressed with the quality, price and ease of purchase. Pre-delivery information/communication was clear, delivery arrived at the time specified and delivery team were really helpful in carrying out a socially-distanced delivery. Happy with everything and would not hesitate to recommend.”

“I can't fault the service, it was very quick and very efficient. The bed is exactly what I wanted and is really good quality. It doesn't rock at all and is totally solid. The mattress is also really comfortable.”

“Agree with all the 5 star reviews. Excellent customer service from Nick. I ordered Ashley double bed and it is very solid. Delivery from Arrow exceptional (able to choose day and track in real time on day). Clear fitting instructions, and quality fittings (would recommend 2 people). I saw the same bed on another site for twice the price!”
