“Found this beautiful Hamilton iron bed and luxurious mattress to fit in it at the internet on The Original Bedstead Companys website. Lovely Tanya Haynes from the bedstead company helped me with everything and had the bed and mattress delivered for me to Finland! I could not be happier with my shopping experience and the product itself. Would definitely recommend The Original Bedstead Company! Thank you.”

“It did arrive within the started time but I had to ring up as I hadn’t heard anything from them !! The delivery men were nice tho and put it in a safe place in my home as my husband wasn’t here ?? The quality of the bed is good and came with no marks or scratches on .”

“Very happy with OBC. They get 5 stars - well worth the wait for the pewter finish, BUT must mention the delivery guys were appalling - they get no stars. They insisted, in order to save time, carrying each heavy box (something like over 25kg) each. So, literally every wall in my hallway and landing were marked really badly. I have wide stairs and wide landing so there was no excuse but they just wanted to get the job done quickly and move on to the next delivery. As quick as I was telling them they were marking my walls they just kept going.”

“After an issue with the couriers the customer service team at Original Bedstead Company were fantastic and quickly arranged a replacement bed to be sent the following day. The bed was easy to build and looks fantastic. Would highly recommend and will be buying for them again!”

“We recently bought two beds from the company & couldn't be more delighted. All staff on phones were friendly & helpful. The curiors were happy to help move boxes around, which makes life much easier on customers. The beds themselves are gorgeous. They look good, they are easily but solidly built & do not make a sound when moving around on warm nights for example. Hoping l never have to buy another bed & if l do, l will come straight back here.”

“This is my second bed purchase from The Original Bedstead Company, this time a wooden bed. I purchased a king size Fuji, painted in white, specifically for my attic bedroom. It looks wonderful and with its little headboard fits snugly under the sloping eaves. I also purchased their Juno Cotton mattress which is very comfortable and good value for your money. I would thoroughly recommend this company their bed quality is excellent (second to none), their sales staff so helpful, the back office staff are brilliant (thank you Tanya) and the fitter is always cheerful.”

“Nothing flimsy here! Well made, very sturdy, easy to assemble. Delivery within a week, fantastic delivery communications. Great choice of bed frames, we have a low beamed house, small stairwells to consider as well as low sloping roof in the bedroom. So low bed head was important, as well as a fully dismantled bed to negotiate stairs. SO GOOD, GOING TO ORDER ANOTHER!”

“After visiting your shop in Corby to view various frames and discussing various points with you, we chose the Selkirk super king in black and brass, and we are extremely pleased with the quality and the look of the bed frame. Your guy in Corby was very helpful, and courteous and we ordered there and then. It was indicated that there could be a 5 - 8 week ordering period, which we were ok with, however, the frame was made available after only 2 weeks. Choosing a suitable day for delivery was quick and easy and they kept us updated and was good enough to take the frame upstairs. The fixing of the bed frame was fairly straight forward and simply. Overall we would highly recommend the Original Bedstead Company”

“Waiting time on my order was 4 weeks which I did feel was quite lengthy, but once it arrived I was not disappointed. The quality of the bed was much better than I anticipated for the price, it is solid and well made right down to the fittings. I would definitely buy from this company again.”
