“This is now our second bed from the OBC: both are well built, sturdy and beautiful. A quality product. The medium Juno Cotton mattresses are actually fairly firm, but still comfortable. I have added a down topper, and that works perfectly. Delivery to an obscure spot in Kent was efficient, and the men had it all out of the truck and up to the bedroom in no time.”

“I recently upgraded from a double to a super king bed replacing my OBC iron bed of 18 years with a new one. These beds are beautifully made, excellent quality and price. The Juno cotton mattress in firm option is so comfortable. The wooden slats are very good and everything arrived so well packaged that the frame was perfect. Great delivery service also with a partner company that kept me informed. I can recommend.”

“I searched high and low for an elegant metal bed frame, I really didn’t want one with the support legs underneath, as I believe they look a little unsightly. After searching lots of positive reviews an easy to navigate website I fell across the original bed company and I’m so glad I did! The standard of wrapping and time to ensure it was well protected I can’t get over how they go above and beyond. Then to open the box and the beautiful finish and charm I was totally made up and am sleeping the best I have in a solid, built to last double bed, the comments I’ve had are lovely and I am happy and totally obsessed!!! So yes, I would highly recommend them for anyone who wants a sturdy, elegant bed frame. In the future they will be my first go too…..”

“From ordering on line to receiving a very well packaged bed…all was done well. We had an early the original bed frame before which has been dismantled and remade a few times but the plastic holding the slats was breaking up. Love the fact that the frames are now solid metal and will last almost forever. Our new frame was so well packaged that no damage occurred during transit. A company that is proud of what it has made and delivered in great condition. Fantastic”

“I wanted a well built bed, with character and quality. That's exactly what I got. This would last anybody for life it's so well designed and made. To give this sensational claim some context for credibility, my bicycle is 64 years old this year and going strong. If you believe in quality, you'll find it in these products. One slight issue though, the instruction book had no relationship to the product, at all. Luckily it wasn't needed.”

“We have purchased a single bed base and mattress prior and they were great so when needed new double mattress didn’t think of going anywhere else . Weren’t let down delivery great and are lovely made and excellent nights sleep . Thanks”

“My lovely bed was delivered on Thursday 11th September . I am delighted with the bed and the delivery guys were great-very efficient and pleasant-and took great care in such little space for such big packages. The bed itself was so well packaged with felt etc and is perfect and so sturdy. I bought the Chatsworth metal bedstead which was in stock and was delivered on only 6days-which is really great service, given we live half way up the east coast of Scotland! It was a great price too, for such a great quality bed! I had reason to be in touch with the company prior to delivery as we had holidays coming up-and they were so helpful. My husband and I built the bed in an hour and a half-but could do it faster now that we know what we are doing! Instructions are very clear. It was so simple as many of the bolts are already in place for guidance. Many thanks for a lovely bed and best of service both from the Original Bed Company and BJS, the delivery team.”

“Very happy with the bed. It took a long time to put together but the result is very stable. Like the way the mattress is held in place by the base, unlike many cheaper versions where it rests on top. The ivory colour is elegant. Only problem is that there was only one cap for the lase legs. Can you send me another, please. I received a replace cap as requested within 24 hours. Thankyou”

“Makes it very easy that they only offer one mattress that they believe in. The mattress is really comfortable and is a nice level of firm-ness. We couldn't find many reviews of the Juno mattress but would definitely recommend it, especially compared to many of the modern in-box mattresses only made of foam. The bed frame is really easy to put together, feels of great quality that will last. Delivery was also brilliant and so helpful. Highly recommend using this great company for your next bed.”
