“The bed 🛌 is high quality and easy to assemble, especially if you have three flights of stairs to your room. Our house is a spiral stairs and this bed comes flat packed. The best thing you can do is open it up on the bottom stairs before taken it up peace by peace. Really highly recommend was searching for a new bed as old one was to wide to go up. Customer service as well, best I have seen really helpful staff. Top quality!!!!!”

“I needed a new mattress and wanted to find one made in the UK and of natural materials, so was delighted when I found the Juno mattress on the OBC website. Ordering was very straightforward and the delivery was arranged professionally. It looks exactly as the photograph. I had not realised how uncomfortable my old mattress was until I slept on this one - and it is so cosy too! I couldn't recommend these mattresses more highly and will definitely order from OBC again.”

“I am not one who normally writes reviews on purchases but in this instance i thought that the build quality and customer service for my purchaee were both excellent. “After ordering my bed I was updated on delivery often it only took 5 days from ordering to delivery , the delivery men were very pleasant , my bed is stunning and solid , everybody has said what a beautiful bed it is , im so pleased and well worth the money.”

“The customer service from this company is not pleasant at all. After waiting for almost 12 weeks for my 2 beds I finally rang the company. I was getting no where by email. The young gentleman was extremely rude to me. After several conversations he eventually told me the beds would be leaving their depot on Friday with a local courier to pass customs to be handed in to another courier. When I asked for his name he hung up abruptly. I would like this to be followed up as this is not acceptable. My 2 beds were expensive and so far I am very disappointed in this company as what they promise is totally different from what you receive”

Hi, Many thanks for your feedback. Looking at your order, I can see this is going to Ireland, and having spoken to the relevant person you were looking to be given an exact delivery day. Unfortunately fore Ireland, due to the bed needing to travel through different warehouses and across the water, we are unable to give an exact day that the bed will arrive, only the date it will leaves us. It usually takes a week to ten days to get to Ireland from our UK warehouse and you will be kept up to date by our courier once they have them. Apologies if this was not explained clearly and in a polite manner over the phone. This has been fed back to the relevant person. I'm sure you will be very happy with your beds when they arrive.
