“I am so pleased with my new bed and mattress and have been sleeping so well. The customer service was excellent. Delivery was a breeze; it was so easy to change the delivery slot to a time that was convenient and I was given regular updates on the day of expected time. I would strongly recommend this company.”

“Great company, well made thick gauge steel beds. I especially like the fact that there’s no need for a middle leg due to the gauge of the steel and the fact that the spat supports are made of the same steel and welded on to the bed frame. Recommend. 2nd bed from them.”

“The bed is lovely, the instructions not so much. You could learn a thing or two from Ikea OR you could put a link with QR code to your YouTube video with the full set of instructions. I chanced upon the video after spending a good few hours trying to decipher the piddling photocopied instructions. It’s not a cheap bed but your instructions are. Set it up right at the outset.”

“Helpfull and so far comfy but early days they kept their promise more or less and bed was here in time for her to sleep in though still being put up, they dot give assistance luckily had 2 sons to help”

“Today I received my Hamilton Chromo Low Footend iron. It was a seamless process with great communication from them. It came in time frame promised (actually sooner) even though I ordered a bespoke size it was earlier than discussed and delivered on an agreed day when I could take receipt, within a 3 hour slot and a phone call when the courier was within 1 hour away. The courier service they use is also first class, with just as great communication. The bed was exceptionally well packaged, obvious care is taken that it doesn't get damaged in transit (took me as long to upack as it did to assemble 🤣). Instructions for assembly are clear and uncomplicated to follow. I assembled this myself in a couple of hours. First impressions are this is an excellent manufactured product, of the highest quality all round - very solid and sturdy! I would highly recommend the company and the product. Keep up the good work!”

“The Original Bed Company have an excellent range of beds to suit all tastes, the website is easy to navigate and the information for each bed is well presented and comprehensive. Ordering and payment is easy. The bed arrived on time and in good condition. The assembly instructions were straight forward and assembly easy provided you have read and digested the instructions. The finished bed was of excellent quality, very strong and a lovely gloss finish. I am very pleased with my bed and would recommend The Original Bed Company to anyone.”

“I’m so pleased with my new bed - thank you. The whole process was very easy and lots of options. The frame and mattress selection offered lots of choices, including iron and fabric bedsteads and a range of mattress fillings. The mattress is probably the nicest mattress I’ve ever slept on. The juno filled with natural fibres so wool, cashmere etc. Once the order was placed, the following up with the staff/team was very good and David answered all of my questions. They really did compete on service and quality. The bed frame and mattress were delivered at the same time, good communication en route, assembly completed onsite and disposal of its predecessor. The wooden slats on the bed too were poplar wood so very nice. The quality of my sleep has improved so much as a result, I can’t thank you enough. Excellent value for the money paid - probably one of the best bed purchases I’ve made! The bed was made to order so worth noting it takes a few months but once it was ready, it was delivered almost immediately and to an agreed delivery day.”

“I purchased an iron bed from The Original Bed Company and it was delivered within the stated time scale and in good condition. I found the bed to be of excellent quality and easy to assemble. Unfortunately I had made an error in making my order but the Company resolved the issue without any fuss an with no inconvenience to myself by making a special order on my behalf. I will certainly be purchasing any bed I require in the future, from this company. I have never come across such excellent customer service. It also uses a good delivery company, one I have never heard of.”

“The bed is great, beautiful infact. However, the instructions are poor. We purchased the under bed storage drawers and cannot figure out how to fit them. The instructions are particulalrly poor for these. We've messaged and phone and there has been no response what so ever. Very disappointing. I would have liked to have given 5 stars.”
