“I purchased a gorgeous iron double bed, Melrose in satin black and super comfortable mattress. The Company were very easy to deal with and the delivery arrived on time as advised. The iron bed is beyond beautiful, setting off the bedroom and attracting lots of admiring comments from my friends. I would definitely recommend this Company both in terms of Service but even more so for the actual product purchased; great quality.”

“A beautiful bed from the original bed company. I searched for some time trying to find a bed which is individual and has character and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. The ability to choose a colour is fantastic and the quality of the bed and paintwork is excellent. Having had some negative experiences with online orders it's nice to receive an order which exceeds expectations. Highly recommended. Thank you.”

“Great communication with customer service after I panicked I’d ordered the wrong size bed. All was well. Delivery as stated on the order. Delivery excellent. Delivery staff outstanding. The quality of the bed was far better than I thought. Very sturdy. Easily put together. Love the bed. So much so, I will be ordering a second bed for the spare room. Many thanks.”

“Bought a double Camden in ivory in January 2025. It was a 6-7week delivery so it didn’t arrive until March 2025. Leaving a review now as I’ve had the bed a year…and not gonna lie, it’s been a chore. It’s had to be dismantled and rebuilt twice, once to oil parts to stop it squeaking about 2 months after first building. The second time was today after it started squeaking and wobbling - it was like sleeping on a bouncy castle! Had to tighten the bolts that secure the legs as they had come lose. And it still squeaks, but is now less wobbly. Also noticed today that almost all of the black rubber grips that go on the corners of the slats have been sliced in half, which doesn’t bode well for the longevity of the bed. It looks lovely but is massively high maintenance.”

“We love our new bed! It was so simple to put together and even thought we fluffed up the assembly at first with our own stupidity, the Original Bed Company were super helpful and provided the tools to correct our error. The quality is superb and it arrived so quickly too.”

“Without a doubt my favourite mattress and bed combination ever. I have an iron frame with a drawer for storage and a firm mattress on top, and my spare bed has the medium- both are incredibly comfortable and give us the best nights sleep.”

“What a beautifully crafted bed! it was fairly straighforward to assemble (small double) but does need two people. the Mattress is so comfortable and is also well made. Evertyhing arrived well packed (and barely any plastic which is a bonus!). Bed is in my guest room and looks so lovely. i spent ages going through hundreds of different company sites but glad i chose this one.”

“I must remember to check multiple review platforms before I use a new website Ordered a bed on 26th December, quoted 9-11 weeks delivery. 11 weeks are up on 13th March. Called to find out where the bed was after being told it would be with them on March 10th. Now supposed to be delivered to them next week, all the person I spoke to insisted on is that it was within the 11 weeks- clearly can't count, just wound me up to the point of me losing my temper, then they hung up. Upon reading a lot of reviews, I am certainly not the first person who has commented on the poor attitude. I am not surprised I got angry, nor am I the first. How hard is it to supply what was ordered on time, and communicate if it is going to be late- not difficult! Thankfully a credit card purchase, so if it fails to appear, I can claim my money back.”

Of coures, you are completely correct that the 11 weeks would be up on 13th March. I have checked on the system and it says that your product has indeed already been dispatched. “Love our new single beds, they are lovely and high so really easy to get in and out. Very solid frame and pretty easy to assemble. Especially like the look with the ‘brass’ bed knobs 🤗🤗”
