“I can't fault the service, it was very quick and very efficient. The bed is exactly what I wanted and is really good quality. It doesn't rock at all and is totally solid. The mattress is also really comfortable.”

“Ordered a king size Arran bed. It took the full 10 weeks and is a stunning bed. Well worth the wait. A minor issue with one of the bolts not catching its thread, but other than that, with a bit of help was straightforward to assemble. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the delivery. The bed came in a 67kg package, which the couriers struggled to get in the house, and in doing so cracked a number of Victorian hallway tiles. OBC were apologetic and have heard nothing from the courier. Not sure who is at fault here. Silly really packing it all in 1 box and the courier should have been more careful.”

“I ordered the Timolin Iron bed and few weeks ago. From delivery to putting it together it all went very well. I ordered the below drawer storage, which is really helpful. I must say it is the best bed and mattress I have owned, and looks fantastic too. I would definitely recommend the company and beds, you will not regret it.”

“The mattress is fantastic and we are really pleased with the quality and the price. Easy to order and delivery prompt. My only small complaint is that the delivery men were a bit grumpy and non communicative. They were not happy about taking the mattress upstairs even though I had requested it .”

“I was refunded for the bedframe which was excessively rusty and I sent photographs of this as it was all over my carpet, hands and clothing. They have not refunded/compensated the delivery cost of £35 for a badly defective item, the cost of £20 for the bed repackaged, as required for returns, nor the £20 I had to pay to dispose of the dirty and mouldy packaging I did not want in my house. This was observed by delivery men as they reluctantly took it to room of choice in fear the dirt would mark the white walls. I felt I should have been compensated for the expense and inconvenience, and damage to my carpet and clothing. The rust literally fell out of the tubing when the already damaged plastic foot cap fell off. The rusty smaller parts were only partly unpacked to avoid more mess. They have deducted £20 from refund they initially gave as gesture of good will. My emails were extremely polite and mostly ignored. This site will not accept/upload my photos of excessive rust.”

“I was looking for a bed that didnt have a middle leg as I wanted to store another matress underneath. This bed was perfect as it also has an adjustable height position! The bed came super quick and was very well packaged. The instructions were clear and we had it up in an hour. Its a great bed that will last for years and years. My daughter is delighted with it. Thank you! I would recommend in a heart beat.”

“Good communication both on the phone and by email, helpful and freindly staff that understood what we needed. Bed arrived on time and within promised timescales. Bed was packed extremely well, and arrived without damage. Bed is very sturdy, no wobbles or movement. Assembly was very easy with 2 people, less that 1hr and it was fully assembled, a hex key and small spanner is provided and is all you need, no special skills or tools required. Bed is comfortable and looks fantastic. (Hamilton low foot-end, satin black/gold). Happy to recommend the service and the bed.”

“Nice bed, but took quite a while to put together. No squeaking when getting into, big bonus. Comfy. We paid the extra on delivery, but ridiculous as the delivery men only carried it a few metres from the van into house. I should have asked for them to take all the packaging away and put it up in place as being elderly it took hours to complete putting g the bed together and getting all the packaging cut up and removed. Plus we both damaged our back. Thr bed was great, but a service needs to be put in place to help those who need assistance.”

“Loving my Tulsk low footend bed! Your customer service was so helpful. It meant I could have an appropriate date for the delivery. I was impressed with the thoughtful packaging, easy to follow instructions and how comfortable it is to sleep in. Every time I walk in my bedroom it makes me happy!”
