“I can't fault the service, it was very quick and very efficient. The bed is exactly what I wanted and is really good quality. It doesn't rock at all and is totally solid. The mattress is also really comfortable.”

“THIS COMPANY, THESE BEDS, THE LEVEL OF SERVICE IS SUPERB. I NOW HAVE PURCHASED 4 BEDS FROM OBC AND AM THRILLED WITH THEM. THE CONSTRUCTION IS FAR AND AWAY ABOVE CHEAPER MAKERS. I WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING THESE BEDS AND THIS COMPAY TO EVERYONE.”

“Honestly love my bed. Ordered a metal frame bed in black. Came very well packaged. The bed is excellent quality. Very pretty. Easy to put together. Delivered on time. Looks lovely in my bedroom. I have a small room and it doesn't overwhelm the room (king size). Would definitely recommend.”

“This bed is very well made, in my opinion the best on the market, modern but still with nice original style detail. Odering and delivery all went well. The slats were too long, easier to cut than wait for replacements hence only four stars.”

“I purchased the 2’6” Edwardian bed frame recently and am delighted with the quality and appearance. Perfect guest bed for my little box room. I was kept updated as to its eta, it was packaged beautifully and my son found it straightforward to assemble.”

“Our new bed is beautiful! It is so heavy and well made it will last several lifetimes, I'm sure. The packing was incredilble. The biggest box arrived in Salt Lake City, Utah, U.S.A. during a sloppy wet snowstorm. It was drug up our driveway and left on the porch it the snow. We managed to get it into the garage to unpack it. There was no damage at all! The others boxes arrived soon after the first. Once we got the new mattress ordered, assembly took less than a day.”

“Have never purchased this type of bed before so was a little nervous but there was no need. Our beds are super quality, beautifully designed, so easy to assemble and all at a great price. We are absolutely delighted with the whole process, from ordering to delivery and of course the beds themselves. Delivered on time a well packaged. Would definitely recommend.”

“Bought a small double for my young son’s room. Delighted with it- vintage look but solid construction. Easy enough to put together but two people needed for assembly. Real attention to detail with frame-coloured covers for the bolts. Looks brilliant and my daughter wants one now!”

“Ordered 2 Hamilton Low Footend King sized beds (ivory) from the Origianl Bed company. The whole process including delivery by BJS Home delivery was prompt. They were securely packaged with wadding and very solid carboard boxes and all the componants arrived in perfect condition. Easy to assemble. Whole experience was excellent.”

“Lovely bed . Came on time, delivery was as described and only took a few days to come. The bed was well packaged and fairly straight forward to put together . Really very happy , wasn’t sure if it would feel like a good quality bed or a cheap version but it’s a good solid bed. Thrilled”

“I am so in love with my king size Hamilton iron bed! I also purchased the wool mattress in medium, which has been so comfortable! It does have a farmyard smell to it if you put your nose close up but I quite like that and it is slowly disappearing. I’ve had it for about a month now. The bed does not squeak at all and was quite easy to build (I’d advise to fully build the headend and footend first before putting the rest of the bed together, otherwise you have to tip the bed on its side). I also had my bed on hold for a little while as we were having some plastering/plumbing done and customer service were fantastic, a big thank you to Jamyang who always replied to my query’s quickly and nothing was ever a problem. Highly recommend the bed, mattress and this company.”
