“The delivery of the bed arrived on time. It was assembled and I received full instructions. The guys were very polite and careful of my carpets. The bed itself is stylish and well made. The mattress is very comfortable. I feel that the bed and mattress were very good quality and value for money.”

“I am really pleased with my new Hamilton Chromo Bed and Mattress, the only little disappointment, I was sent Brass finials when I ordered Chrom, I called the TOBC as soon as I realised, they were very helpful as I knew they would be, was asked to call back Monday ask for (Tanya) which I did, she was also really helpful, placed the order on my behalf, just waiting to finish my lovely bed off. Tanya did say I could use the brass finials until my own arrive. All in all great service, beautiful bed, really comfy mattress. Thanks to all at The Original Bed Company Helen Phillips (Swindon)”

“I have used the Original bedstead company for a long time. I love their professionalism and the exceptional high standard of work. I have every bed in my home from them. The frames are 5*, heavy duty and utterly beautiful. The latest frame was for my daughter who also loves her new bed. I would advise anyone needing a treat to fall asleep in to use this company. Im just sad ive ran out of bedrooms to put the beds into! Thankyou for making my home a more beautiful place and for letting me relax and sleep soundly. “I had originally ordered my bed from Dreams and had issues with the slats but ongoing issues with the order and how long it would take so I went on to your website and rather than the 8 to week delivery you offered 2 weeks. All staff I spoke to were very helpful and efficient. They kept me up to date at all times. I paid for installation and the guy who did this was very helpful, friendly and professional, he was asking questions as he was putting the bed together and also advising on his progress, he took just over 30 minutes to do and helped me move my mattress that I had moved to the living room back on to the bed. I would highly recommend OBC to anyone in their efficiency and professionalism. Thank you for your great service after having to endure an awful experience from Dreams.”

“Great bed, pity we had to wait so long for it. Also the wrapper and box it came in was filthy, which made us wonder how clean the bed would be but OK once unwrapped.”

Dear William, Many thanks for your review. Rally glad to hear that you're happy with the bed. Looking at your order, it seems like your bedstead did come into stock within the 6-8 weeks advertised for that particular size and colour. We're sorry this left a feeling of disappointment, but we do try to be as clear as possible on the product page by displaying lead times.
