“Very impressed with your company, even though the delivery van broke down they came down especially from Birmingham on Sunday. The bed was so easy to put tougher, I did most if it on my own. The instructions were easy to follow and the packaging the bed arrived in was superb. The frame is heavy and excellent quality.”

“I was probably the most difficult customer, but it's not easy buying a bed having only seen photographs. However I am absolutely delighted with the bed (Hamilton Black/Brass), it's sturdy, comfortable and beautiful ! It was delivered to Rome, Italy in less than a week, without a scratch. The packaging was very good. It took a couple of hours for my daughter and I to assemble it. The instructions were very clear and precise. A special thank you to Mathew, the Sales Manager, he was always courteous, professional and answered all my thousand and one questions.”

“I ordered the Tulsk low end bed in the glossy ivory. It’s a beautifully well made bed. I was so pleased with it (it was easy to assemble too) that I’ve ordered the Edwardian in glossy ivory for my guest bedroom. Very happy with the quality and the overall look.”

“I ordered the Olivia bed as I was let down by another bed company. The difference in quality is far better then the bed I sent back. Arrow xl, the delivery company's communications were excellent, they contacted me to arrange a delivery date and the day before delivery confirmed arrangements. On the delivery day I had another email which enabled me to track the delivery and a phone call from the crew to let me know they were 15 minutes away. They brought the bed to the bedroom for me even though they said they don't normally do this. The packaging was very good and protected all the vulnerable areas although it is a pity that most of it was not recyclable. The bed made up very well and the instructions were easy to follow and the true test of the bed is that it's really comfy. Altogether I'm really pleased with my purchase and would say that it represents very good value for money.”

“My beautiful new bed was dispatched & delivered within 10days of ordering online. It was simple to put together and is very sturdy and strong. It looks exactly like it did on the online photos. I am ver happy with the purchase & would highly recommend the original bedstead company.”

“When I opened the boxes my heart sank seeing so many parts and fixings (screws, bolts, nuts) etc. However this was just the start of our problems. The instructions were not fit for purpose. Illustrations were inconsistent such that pieces were shown one way round in one illustration and then another way round in the next one. The parts were incorrectly (and inconsistently) referred to by number - i.e. the same part was referred to by two different part numbers at different stages of the instructions. But the biggest issue of all was that the struts/mattress support design bore no resemblance to the instructions. I telephoned customer service who were also confused. They admitted the warehouse had changed the bed design but the instructions hadn't been updated to reflect this. In other words the instructions were for a totally different design. In fact they told me they didn't have any instructions for our design and had to talk me through it. At this point it become clear the fixings packs also hadn't been updated as we didn't have enough of any one type of nuts/bolts to assemble it. We had to improvise ending up with odd parts used and many pieces left over. I let customer service know but instead of responding they stopped communicating with us. No apology, no offer to check the installation or to send out new fixings.”
