“Hi I was happy with the service from you, everything was well packed. Sadly two of my item were broken. One bauble was smashed and the tree candle were snapped in the middle. Somewhere on its journey it's been treated badly enough to brake the contents, even though you packed it brilliantly and it was covered in fragile tape. It was asking alot to send the delicate things in the post really, I hold myself partly responsible for asking you to send them.”
