“This was a postal purchase . It was dispatched quickly so service was good. The product l bought unfortunately was not as good quality as l expected as it had pulled threads on the front .l bought this to match an identical one purchased elsewhere so disappointed. I haven’t returned this as it was the only one in stock, probably due to the fault & l need this for a specific reason.”

“Had the compost I wanted at a very good price but unfortunately delivered the wrong one so it had to go back. They were very good at sorting the problem out but it did mean a couple of weeks delay. A plus is that you can get through on the phone very easily.”

“I have used Old Railway Line Garden Centre previously and have been delighted with my purchase. My two plants arrived quickly and very well packed with no damage to the plants themselves. Excellent. As mentioned above one plant was very much better than the other one.”

“II specifically wanted "No Grow" Fat Balls which seem to have been out of stock for some time. When I saw them available at your site I ordered 2 boxes of 50. What arrived was Fat Snacks which are not No Grow. I will not try to order from you again. Delivery process wsa O.K.- shame about the wrong product”
