Package arrived promptly, however, box was basically crushed by the courier. Courier didn't seem to think it was an issue. Might be worth looking into a new courier.

The packaging came well secured and wrapped well but unfortunately I ordered 6 bottles of mead and only 5 made one was completly smashed when it arrived I contacted the courier and they were honestly useless.

This was a collection from store. Still haven't quite got the 'collection' process system right. It is not clear where exactly a customer goes to collect their order. Nothing on the website and no signs when you arrive. It doesn't help that the process changes between visits -think customer!! You haven't got the review page quite right either!!!

A lovely healthy plant, but very battered and broken in transit, so had to br severely pruned on arrival.

Excessive delivery charge £4.95 to what in effect amounted to 3 packets of seeds in an envelope with a 2nd class stamp on it.

Great service from the actual Old Railway Line Garden Centre with great communication through email to assist my purchase. However they use Evri as their delivery company which I wasn’t aware of when I made my purchase. This meant that my pots didn’t arrive on time and when they were delivered they were left at my door blocking the doorway entirely despite seeing I was on crutches. Wouldn’t order again unless they used a different delivery company as Evri are unreliable and fail to deliver on time every time!

The Garden Centre were competitive, fast and efficient and their packaging was appropriate. Unfortunately the product that we brought did not meet expectations. It is being advertised by the manufacturer as virtually impossible for starlings and pigeons to eat from. We have never had so many starlings in out garden since we put this up.

The flowers I purchased arrived flattened, and even just putting them just outside to attempt to have them recovered didn't even work as they just died, but after sending the Old Railway Line Garden Centre and mailing them with photos, I was given a full refund.

I ordered a book for express delivery for my grandson which cost more than the book. It took 3 days to come and came in a box big enough for a dinner service which seemed a terrible waste when a padded envelope would’ve sufficed. Bit of a faff for such a small order and definitely wouldn’t pay for express delivery again with you.

Your parcel was unfortunately delayed one day by the courier, due to the slightly delayed delivery, we refunded the additional delivery paid and reduced your charge to the standard delivery - we apologise for this unforeseen delay by the courier. Regarding the packaging of your order, we have previously found that when sending books in envelopes they have been mishandled causing the books to arrive with crumpled and creases on them. The packaging and box used are all recycled from deliveries we receive. Order No 00500072828 £20 gift voucher for a Christmas present. I had problems loading the message online for this gift card when ordering it on Dec 9 th 2022. I spoke to Jack who made a note of the message, I also sent a covering e mail. It looks as if it may have been posted on Dec 12 th or Dec 16 th , both dates are shown on the envelope. Being aware of the disruption with Royal Mail I made sure to order this voucher in ample time for Christmas. It was very disappointing to receive the envelope containing the gift voucher during the afternoon of Dec 22 nd and that was only after asking our regular Postman if there was an identifiable envelope from yourselves awaiting delivery. This was too late to give to the recipients so, as yet, they have not received a Christmas gift from me. I wanted to bring this to your attention as whether the initial delay is with yourselves, only you would know. I look forward to receiving your comments on this matter. Lynn Phillips

Having ordered 5 pots on-line, only 1 undamaged pot was actually available, so I decided it wasn't really worth paying carriage for the single pot. On the plus side customer service was superb. They were very considerate keeping me promptly informed with helpful emails and photos. Maybe I'll be luckier next time.
