Communication was pleasant, but we thought we were getting more begonias for our money. We received an apology for this listing and marketing implication.

Sorry to say delivery took a while, the box was very battered and the handbag still had the security tag on it. Not the best when it's needed for a holiday asap.

I ordered ten bottles of pint cider and paid for that many, was contacted by yourselves to say you had only nine in stock. Am still waiting for a refund of the missing bottle.

When I have bought POM jewelry in the past from other retailers, it comes wrapped in a complementary bag and box. This bracelet had neither. I bought it as a gift so was a little disappointed when it arrived.

When my parcel arrived in addition to my address the label displayed my mobile number and email address which was most alarming and ii believe inappropriate use of personal data

Very extensive. The actual garden centre seems to be taken over by all the household merchandise. So possibly losing its appeal for plants.

Having already made contact asking about arranging delivery for the 17th December and assuring me that I only needed to make a comment to that effect when ordering, the plant arrived two days after ordering - 4 days early. My comment was clearly printed on the delivery note. I noted that the plant was sent using next day delivery which ordinarily would have been fantastic but unfortunately on this occasion it was too soon. Other than that the ordering was simple the choice was simple the delivery was very quick and the plant arrived safely.

Garden centre great ...Restaurant very slow ..stood in que of 8 people for 45 minutes. Give up and walked out .the heat in the Restaurant was unbeatable...

On a positive the items I ordered are just what I want … perfect But .. the packaging was all damaged and thinking about it the price of £6.95 postage is a little steel as the parcel was small and very light

Delivery in good time. Unusual cherry red coloured ceramic pot, which is very hard to get hold of. 1 item of 2 arrived broken (not the pot).

Delivery performance was poor, they should consider changing courier company. Items apparently went to the wrong depot. Courier company messaged to say I should take this up with the vendor. What a hassle ! , why couldn't/didn't the courier company sort this out.
