Delivery was good but plants were quite expensive, my local garden centre have the same plant as I brought from yourselves for £1 each.

Getting the tubers to me was well done. However, if you want a reaction tp the value of the tubers, ask me again in late September. They look to be fine, but nearly everything nowadays is only Hollywood. Let me get them planteed first, thank you.

Hi loved the ball but it wasn’t solar which I put in solar lights only ! So a little upset as it was a present for my mother. Anyway I will donate at Christmas for a raffle for a hospice

Would have been more stars but they use Evri who are woeful, it was just a good job it wasn't raining as the courier had just dumped the parcel on the roadside

Delivery contact and options were great and were fast , pots were very well packaged. Sadly the black pots were grey , one being lighter than the other, due to hassle of sending them back decided to paint them myself as really wanted black .

I still haven't received the product, it's been delivered to the wrong address by the delivery company, they sent a photograph to my phone as evidence of their delivery, it was not my address!!!!

I thought the goods I ordered would have arrived quicker. Goods we're delivered to the wrong address on a different industrial estate to where they were supposed to be sent to.

Still waiting for delivery. They have been with EVRI for 6 days now which is very poor service although the garden centre dispatched them on the same day as I ordered them

I purchased my tree on 2nd August this year. I thought it looked a bit spindly but I took the tree home. The top of the pot was covered in moss and rock hard. I gave it some water and when we took it out of the pot it was very root bound and quite dry however, I have planted the tree with blood fish and bonemeal and I have fed it. Hopefully it will recover and look less spindly. I did not choose the tree,on reflection perhaps I should have.

I paid for next day delivery though the wrong plants were sent. Spoke with the company the codes were in correct on their website. I had to re package the plants for Evri to collect the next day. The day after the correct plants arrived. Whilst the company were friendly it was their error and the customer experience wasn't the best. I'm sure it wasn't the first time these plants were sold incorrectly. I paid for next day delivery and had to wait two consecutive days for a collection and a re delivery.
