Orded pot online, it was extremely well packaged but had a chip at the base and paint splats. I would not have selected this item in store so more quality control needed when selecting items for web sales. I sent in feedback to company email address but had no response

Your processing of my order was good, and it was well packed Cannot say the same for the courier. It is on my cctv they stood adjacent to the door bell, but chose not to ring it in favour of throwing the package on the driveway into a puddle in the pouring rain. The callender dried out but not as good as new

The terracotta pumpkin I received was not the one that I had preferred as I had made my preference for style in the comments box on purchase. When it arrived it was chipped which was disappointing

Lovely flower troughs delivered in good time at reasonable price. But packaging hugely excessive and very wasteful and completely unnecessary. One box with bubble wrap would gave sufficed instead of four boxes.

As requested by you here is my review.... I ordered a plant online, paid for it and then was informed that due to errors with your IT system you didn't actually have the plant in stock. To be fair to you, I was informed very quickly and the refund processed with no issue, hence the 2 star review rather than a one.

The rose arrived (finally but probably due to issues on Islay), it was packaged in a much too small box - Direct from David Austin the packaging is wonderful. The rose was bent and broken due to the packaging and is now looking very poorly indeed.

I ordered an item which was sold as flat pack. Having paid I was only then told it had been assembled already. So in fact the display modal. It was put the car and I drove home with the car tide closed with string. I ask if I could reorder the flat pack item but was told maybe. I would have really liked to have had my money refunded. This was not possible

I have not received it I spoke to Evri they said they put it in a safe place.when I saw the photo of the delivery it wasn't my house I email again no reply I'm very upset I didn't receive my mat would you please help me. Kind regards. Dot Simons

I paid a lot of money for express delivery but this took 75 hours from time of order (1300 on Tuesday) to arrive (1700 on Friday). I expect this was Evri’s fault but it was a shame given the amount paid for delivery. The decoration was damaged - bent oars, which I suspect was as a result of the packaging, rather than delivery. As it was already a late present, I didn’t have time to raise this at the time. Overall - could be improved.

I paid £10 for expedited shipping but it still came 3 days later with royalmail, also the box had loads of packaging materials inside even though pot was plastic and not fragile.

The service with the garden centre was great. Very helpful staff. The delivery company was terrible. They couldn’t bring a large delivery of tables and chairs into the back garden so they left it with the pallets on the street, didn’t help us to bring it and wouldn’t even take the pallets back with them. Very disappointing experience.
