“Original order not available - suspected stolen. Helpful customer service, I was offered an alternative with 24 hour delivery, funded by Garden Centre. Evri sent me several emails -expecting the item, changing the delivery data - all messages received after the 24 hour delivery promise had expired. Parcel eventually arrived 7 days after expected 24 hour delivery.”

“My daughter booked a table in the restaurant yesterday as a Christmas treat for us. We arrived 15 mins early and was seated. Ordered food straight away after a few minutes and received our drinks. We were told 20 mins later that there was a 45 minute wait for food. We were on a bit of a schedule and live 45 mins away so would have had to leave at 12.45. We requested a refund. We were offered take away slices of cake and my daughter went to the till to process the refund. We were charged for the tea and cake. The refund has not yet been processed. The restaurant was not full when we arrived. Usually restaurants give booked customers priority when ordering food. Very disappointed on missing out on our special treat which we had travelled a long way for.”
